We have eaten at this Ruckus probably ever other week for years but today was especially good. I ordered the meatloaf plate. Since I am diabetic I had them substitute onion rings for the mashed potatoes. The meatloaf as well as the onion rings were delicious. I will get it from now on while it is on the menu. Andi, our server/bartender, did a great job taking care of. We have never been disappointed with Ruckus in Apex.

Very interesting menu and several choices of food to choose from. Too many items to choose from that all sounded delicious. Our eyes were bigger than our bellies for the variety of foods prepared here. We aren’t locals, but this place had the most appealing of all menus that we looked up. While I liked my sandwich, I was disappointed in the size for the price. I had the Italian Stallion, and it was small. I expected a cold sub, but it was hot. That was my fault, I should have asked if it was hot or cold. I don’t like hot subs. It was good though. The sweet tea was good, the mozzarella sticks were absolutely delicious. My husband liked his Double Decker Club sandwich. His wings were huge compared to other establishments. He ordered the garlic parmesan. I recommend this restaurant for more reasons than one if you’re in the area.

We were looking for a place to host a girls’ lacrosse team dinner, and we were absolutely blown away by how perfect this experience turned out!! Can’t say enough positive things about Ruckus and its owner, Phil, and Amber who was a rock-star assigned to oversee our event!!! From the professionalism to the outstanding private dining room, fair pricing, and delicious buffet menu, everything exceeded expectations!!!
The space was ideal for our group of 50 (20 teenage lacrosse players and 30 parents) who attended on December 20, 2025. Having access to sports TVs and music playing overhead created an incredible atmosphere with a great vibe for both the girls and the adults.
Working with the owner, Phil, was incredibly easy from the very first call, and Amber, who took care of us that evening, was fantastic. Two waitresses were assigned to our group, and they were just as fun and engaging as they were attentive—our parents remembered them by name and truly enjoyed them. The owner checked in on us multiple times throughout the evening to make sure everything was going well, which really stood out.
They were unbelievably accommodating. When I first called, I estimated around 25 people, but as RSVPs came in, we quickly grew to nearly 50. The owner never hesitated and reassured us it wouldn’t be an issue, noting that they regularly host teams and large gatherings. They also handled last-minute menu requests without blinking an eye.
This was the absolute perfect way to end our season, and we couldn’t be more grateful to this outstanding establishment and the owner who made it all happen. And yes—it definitely made me look like a rockstar for picking this location!

Had the brisket nachos – excellent! For something different, tried the Sam I Am pizza – perfect flavoring blend and the crust was one of the best we’ve had. Our little ordered the kids pizza and was floored at the 10 inch pizza she got to have all to herself. Will definitely make this a stop when we’re in the area.

Been coming here for years.. I met the chef personally when he brought the food out today. The menu has such a great variety on top of some of the best sushi we have ever ate. Great family atmosphere and my family and I travel almost an hour to this location because of the great food and staff. If you aren’t eating here, you’re missing out!!

Service was outstanding, especially excited about the new Queen Camilla sushi roll. it is served traditional style or lightly fried, depending on Sushi Chef. The Word salad of the day special was fabulous, unfortunately, the Chablis from Trump Winery has been discontinued and is being replaced with Chinese wines, the Conrad Cowboy Burger is rock solid, not officially on menu. Please note that Google is an investor in this business and the ratings are skewed higher than customers have rated, I only rated this place 4 Stars, which is very generous. As a comparison the Ulmstead hotel is rated 5 starts, to level set, McDonalds is also 4 stars. I find the staff at Ruckus having a very entitled attitude , requiring customers to give at least a 20 % tip even if the service sucks. Also do not let your daughters apply here unless you support affairs with management.

Nice place! Easy parking, good atmosphere. The cocktails and food were great. Our waitress was great too. We sat in the “outdoor “ patio which is enclosed and heated for winter. It was very nice!

Great food, drinks and atmosphere. I was a regular customer to Ruckus in Morrisville before pandemic but this new location that’s so convenient when visiting Costco. They have separate lunch menu as well which makes it more convenient.
