I ordered a coffee, 2 hamburgers, 1 Double QP. The coffee was tepid, and weak! I rarely get bad coffee from McDonald’s. I travel Nationwide by vehicle. That’s a lot of stops @ McDonald’s. Disappointed to say the least. Don’t skimp on the coffee!! It should be a continuity factor at All McDonald’s franchises. Need the coffee to make the driving safer. Personal needs & my opinion.

The GM needs to learn to lower her voice, people don’t appreciate being called liars when they’re missing food. It’s ridiculous that I just came through drive thru, instantly saw I was missing food and came inside to get it (less than 2 minutes). No one believed me & I even had my receipt. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Worst experience at a McDonald’s of all time. The manager is not knowledgeable of her own products and to refused to be professional. She told me that the homestyle burger doesn’t come with mustard. The employee at the cashier front was lazy and had a terrible attitude.

Go there all the time and every once in awhile I get an employee that doesn’t give there 100%. When I did a mobile or for curbside for a frappe they come not to tell me that the machine is down. But would I like latte I eventually said yes to a cold latte when I got a hot latte and he added Carmel cause he didn’t know what I like. Well if you would have asked I would have said yes or no bit being that you gave me a hot latte instead of a cold one is blow plus I don’t know the real differce between latte and yalls frappe but I went home upset and finally tasting it it was thrown away. I used my points on app to get the free frappe. And I go to this store many times a week and over all they do great.
