TRASH! TRASH! TRASH! I will be calling corporate! I placed a curbside mobile order @7:00pm I waited almost 30 minutes before going inside to see what was taking so long. As soon as I walked in without me even saying anything the man that was at the front counter walks off and says “I don’t have time for the bullshit tonight” They claimed I wasn’t checked in but it showed on the app that I was checked into spot “3”. If I wasn’t “checked in” why not walk outside and ask if I had an order? I was the only car parked in curbside so I’m sure that was the only mobile order y’all had.

Never go. This place is horrible. We got in line in the drive thru, and the girl working took atleast 3 other orders in the other lane before finally getting to ours. We got to the second window after atleast a 10 minute wait, and our food was wrong. We were then asked to pull forward, which we did. And waited another atleast 20 minutes while holding up the line. It’s been like this the last few times, yet we keep giving it the benefit of the doubt for some reason. I have no clue why corporate hasn’t done anything with this. Rude teens running everything, horrendous wait times, and overall horrible service.

It is lunchtime!! Did that time sneak up on you or what. Every car in front of me had to pull over. I had to pull over for a kids meal and large fry. 9 minutes and counting. Very sad and if these fries are not hot you can give me my money back.

1st of all we couldn’t get service at the front counter so we used the little kiosks. There was no numbers to grab for the table to complete our order we had to go steal one from a dirty table. Person from our group waited 15 min just to get dipping sauce even though every employee looked his direction including the manager. They finally decided to help us but only because we stepped behind the counter about to grab dipping sauce ourselves. There was a line behind us and after helping us instead of helping the others behind us they just walked off leaving everyone in line waiting. Its my autistic son’s birthday and this is all he wanted but I had to bribe him with ice cream from somewhere else cause this place is a joke.

The food is great, service is amazing but not if traveling after dark. The fresh out school kids and young adults, are there for the night. Dont recommend if late night traveling.

If I could leave no stars I would. Slowest place ive ever bent. Looks like a prison mess hall on the inside. Most cold items are never available. We go here as a treat for my son after his practice days and I’m just going to drive across town from now on. Guess I’ll update on how the one on 59 is.

The drive-thru line was nearly to the road. I ordered ahead and went inside to get my drinks. The wait was maybe 1-2 minutes. The staff was very polite and the inside was super clean. My drink was great! Super happy with our quick drink stop.

Took 40 min to get food after I ordered inside. Used the kiosk only to get to end and said I had to take the ticket to the register because it couldn’t accept payment. By the time our food came out is was cold and all the ice had melted in the drinks.
