This location gets worse and worse, seems like workers and management don’t care about the service they give. Went here with my family and the restaurant is filthy, theres barely any seating, and to top it all off, our burgers and fries were undercooked and I don’t even know what to say about these nuggets… just nasty. I will be going to the mckinney locations next time. Avoid Princeton’s mcdonalds, it will ruin your appetite and be a waste of your money. Mcdonalds prices are getting too high to be giving out undercooked food!!

The restaurant is small and very very dirty! I used the women’s resti and noticed there was so much urine in front of the toilet, I thought I was in the men’s restroom. It’s absolutely filthy! The soaps didn’t work either. The workers have zero customer service etiquette!

Now I should go up there and go off on whoever is on fry duty! Food is getting way too expensive for these KIDS to not fix your food properly!! I am livid!!!! Like how would they feel if they got their food like this?! And the fries were old!!! This is the 2nd time this location has messed up my food! WHERE IS MANAGEMENT!!!

I had a very good experience at this McDonald’s location. The manager is very kind and takes the time to explain everything clearly if you have any questions about your order. The service is great, and the staff is friendly.
The bathrooms are always very clean, which I truly appreciate. I would definitely come back again!

Wasn’t treated very well my first time at this location.
I just wanted a double cheeseburger with fries and a drink.
Left feeling bad because of the lack of care, they got the order wrong and the fries were stale an Luke warm.
I felt like I was such an inconvenience for them to ask that it be made correctly.
Instead of an apology I received sarcasm and dismissal.
I wasn’t upset or anything just calmy asked it to be made correctly.
Maybe I should have just ate what they gave me and shut up.

UPDATE – I drove back to the venue and spoke to them. They gave me a new frappe, apologized. Also upgraded my fries. I think during the rushes, drive thru needs to be way more attentive.
Went through the drive-thru and ordered a large mocha frappe. The bottom of the cup was filled with strawberry before the mocha and has a strong strawberry taste to it. Attempted to call but it’s a constant busy tone.
I’m not really sure why somebody would put strawberry in the bottom of a mocha cup to begin with. That just seems like a direct slap to the customer. Not cool.

The old maybe manager lady stole from me ans over charged. I ordered the $8 meal and a dr.pepper total 9.60 and i told her where is the basket of fries. She’s like the charged you all seprrate and you owe my $1 and change. I gave her my card to pay for the difference when she returned it didn’t give a receipt. When I asked for she was upset and gave it to me when I read it she charged me for a sweet tea. I did the math and she over charged .72 cents and yes .72 cent is money out of my pocket. I was going to go back but my husband would not go back for .72 cents. I will go back tomorrow and get my money back. Lady do better and answer phone I called ans no one ever answered.

They’re usually pretty decent about the food, though the fries are often cold. They forget the sauces for things like nuggets pretty much every time, so always check the bag. What gets me the most though, is the way the drive thru lanes aren’t blocked off to prevent people from blocking the whole parking lot by making a second lane instead of following the lines and splitting into two near the speakers. People cut the line every time it gets busy because the lanes are open to the parking lot. This also means cars trying to park or pass through the parking lot can’t do so, because these line jumpers are blocking the way. The food is about what you should expect from a McDonald’s, but I wish they’d install those yellow blocking tubes so people quit doing that.

I ordered at 6:34pm online I arrived at the drive thur 15mins later they had us parked for 30mins in the druve thur lane and we had to get off to ask about the food other then that when we received the fries werent cooked worst service ever

Maria, the manager, is the worst person I have to deal with. She was rude and condescending. I had ordered the McDonald’s tins through the app, which allows you to do for my son, since I promised him to do it, and she said I couldn’t, but what took me off is that she was being rude about it.
