Last Saturday, we ordered pizza after our late-night concert at a place that turned out to be the perfect spot. The pizza was very good, with a great price, fast baking, and delicious toppings. The guy who took our order was really nice, and I couldn’t help but notice how affordable the prices were for the quality of pizza they gave. It’s a small, little storefront with some seats and a bench to wait. I only waited 5 min too! The pizza was fresh and delicious. I would definitely order again from this place if in the area! Perfect mom & pop pizza shop. Flavor is on point. Presentation is homey but def really good better than it looks.

everytime i’ve ordered the food is great, and i always call to order so for the most part they are very respectful. super busy all the time which is great for them! i wish they had the pizza ready quicker than their usual time. i hope they keep up the great food!

Place needs more love!! I am highly sure most of the people who made bad reviews came back for another pie since this is realistically the only good pizza around this small neighborhood Don’t understand how such a affordable pizza has such picky customers (sad to say everyone knows for every good person, there is 1000 rotten ones)
I always make sure to order an hour ahead because of the insane volume of customers they have and have never had an issue
I drive from Chicago just to get a pie, that’s how good it is!!
Recommend it to anybody be passing by or willing to make the trip
This place should definitely open a downtown Chicago location, it would be an insane hit $$$$
And should raise its prices in this location so people understand what they are missing!

I’ve ordered from this little establishment three times. Recently. I understand they’ve been in business over 40 years.
I am not saying they are remarkable but I do think they are worthwhile. And they are inexpensive. IS the quality THE best? No.
I think IT IS better than average.
Having ordered from them twice I would keep it simple. I hope you get what I got, or better.
I ordered 10″ both times
I have visited & read enough reviews about them to get the impression they do get BUSY. Both of my pizzas were delivered on time but maybe not all are.

FIRST TIMER! Great experience from ordering over the phone to picking up to trying MIKES PIZZA! Prices, UNBEATABLE. Quality, AMAZING. Service, A-1. I got 8 large pizzas for around 70 bucks. My first time hearing people call the Supreme pizza a “garbage” pizza. Unsure if it’s a Midwest thing, but I LOVED their garbage pizza.
Mikes pizza is more of a thin crust pizza. The pizza is not the extra doughy type of pizza where you get a lot of bread. The ingredients/toppings are evenly proportioned to the dough.
Service was quick. Took about 30 minutes from the time I ordered to pick up. This is a pick up/delivery only. Not a sit down restaurant. Thank you to the two female employees who brought out my pizzas to the car so I wouldn’t get burned from the hot fresh pizza. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality fresh pizza!

Oh, my gosh, the best pizza, literally the best pizza. Lake County, hands down. I’ve absolutely loved this pizza for several years. The only part that sucks is that I can’t use my sister’s 3-for-2 card. But, oh well, it’s very well worth the 40 bucks plus when I want to be picky and add a bunch of stuff. Anyway, I love Mike’s Pizza.

Love the garbage pizza! One of the best places in town to get your pizzas from. The thin crust is amazing and toppings wise it’s an overload. Definitely recommend!

I ordered pizza 2 of them . 1 large pepperoni and 1 large sausage pizza tonight. Not only was the gentleman on the phone in a hurry as I placed my order he hung up on me without even asking how I intended to pay for my pizza. He quoted my address wrong and I corrected him 2xs. They sent my order to the wrong address and when I received them they were cold. I called them they were very rude and disrespectful. They lied to me 2xs about giving me a exchange pizza no one ever came. I called back and asked to speak with the owner and they hung up on me. I mean this was also their night manager as well. I work in customer service and we never treat our customers the way they treated me

I told her not to it has horrible customer service.
She did anyway. Wow was that a mistake.
Simple task thick crust medium pizza/all sausage half pepperoni/mushrooms.
Pizza came burnt black and not edible.
My wife called and spoke with a young girl and tried to explain to her we will give this pizza back cancel our order and we will order a deep dish pizza instead. She said no we will remake the pizza you ordered. She strictly refused and hung up on my wife. My wife called back and they said they remaking her pizza. After about 45 minutes later my wife called and asked about the pizza they said its on the way.
1 hour and 10 minutes my wife called again they said the girl should be pulling up now.
2 hours later nothing. I told her this is the worst place to order from.
What a shame. I am canceling payment and this place can dissappear for all we care.
Rude and ignorant which is a shame.
