Waited over 10 min for food, 5 others who ordered after me were served before I gave up and asked for refund. They told me that my 3 burgers took longer to cook but others didn’t seem to have the same problem. Will drive 15 miles out of my way to another store and still save time.

This is a brand new McDonald’s, and I guess they are going for the little to no personal contact/minimalist feel. I hate the kiosks to order. We tried, we really did. We got the Nuggets and sauce entered and couldn’t get it to go further. Finally went to the counter where we had to flag down someone from the back to take our order. There is no drink station for refills, you need to go to the counter and try and get someone from the back to notice you. No ketchup packets, there is salt and pepper and napkins, but just feels like it’s gone way past impersonal to cold and unwelcoming. I miss the regular old friendly McDonald’s with its human friendly interior. Given a choice if I’m dining in, I’ll visit the older one just down the road. The food was hot, and delivered fast, but all there is at the front is a big to go pickup window and a tiny counter with 2 registers with no one manning them. Clearly giving the message don’t eat in, just get it and go.

I received the wrong order. My drinks had no ice. The lady that “helped” me was less then nice. Then when I received the “right” order everything was cold, squished, and the vegetables on my burger had mold. If you want great food and service do not go here. Drive down I30 a bit where Quick Trip is and go to the older McDonald’s. They are always so nice and the food is hot and fresh.

After getting, All 4 of our $3.50 nugget bundles only came with 4 nuggets instead of 6. Missing a total of 8 nuggets. The fried were old and slightly cold like they had been sitting out. Tried to call to speak with a manager and no one answered. I will stick with the 24 hour McDonald’s. They never get my orders wrong and the food is always fresh! Highly disappointed in this new location!

literally everytime i go over to this location, y’all screw something up. shut the door or train your staff to read a ticket. I’m usually pretty chill about mess ups and just deal with it, but y’all still aint got a single order of mine right.

After repeating my order four times to get it right, they still got my order wrong. Instead of 5 sausage mcmuffins we received ham. We were ask to pull to the side while 5 cars were served behind us. You would think a 33 dollar order would be done correctly.

This has to be the rudest place I have ever came across, the employee at the drive through needs to be fired, the remarks she makes to customers are horrible, the way she talks and the things she says to customers are awful. I left and went to the other McDonald’s and they are always receiving compliments on how rude the employees are to customers, as I went back to confront the situation there was another customer in there having the exact same issue. It appears it starts with the management if they can’t resolve the issues or don’t know how they don’t need to have the position of being in management!

This is now my 3rd visit, first time they got my order wrong and the orange juice was very watered down second time I opted for an apple juice for the kids, third time and im done with this location they put ice in the orange juice that I ordered with the kids meal . Like seriously! So after it being watered down they add ice on top

Had a bad experience here when this location first opened. It was understandable, since nobody really knew what was going on and there were kinks to work out. Several months later I have come back this morning for breakfast. Took a solid 20+ minutes to get my food, only for part of the order to be wrong.

The food here is just like any other McDonalds. But the service is horrible, especially if you go inside. My favorite is the amount of times a worker will make eye contact with you and go right back to what they were doing without saying a dang thing.
