Messed up my order. Didn’t put fries in both the happy meals and didn’t give us a fry for one of the meals. Consistently out of McFlurry.

The lady manager I spoke to on the phone was rude and did not want to replace my messed order all cus I didn’t come the next day and was trying to come a few days later. Well I’m sorry I don’t live in town and takes me alil while to be able to come back to their store. I have worked in the fast food business for a long time and as a co-manager of my place of work if a customer calls saying they didn’t get their messed up order and was able to finally come get it that day then I would be more then willing to replace their order because I know they are gunna spread the word that I was nice and was willing to fix our mistake not be rude and dismiss the customers complaints. I know this McDonald’s is new but they need better management or need to get rid of the Hispanic one that I just spoke to on the phone. I would give her name but she never gave it to me cus she knows she did wrong and shouldn’t be in her position and have her title she has.

Worst McD in Corsicana. Go to the Walmart location. I ordered $11 of food on the app and the app automatically updated the location to the McD on 45. The manager would not give me the order even though the app showed I paid for it. The owner is David. Please let David know you are not going to go to this location again.

Been here 6 or 7 times since they opened, and I think I’m done. Burger Pattie’s are just never fresh, you can always tell they’ve been sitting in a warmer or something for a while. The employees legitimately just don’t care, terrible customer service. When you get to the window, it’s usually some younger gentleman that’s more than likely cussing and joking around with other employees right there with a car at the window. I was excited to have this McDonald’s since it’s close to the house, and I wouldn’t have to walk into Walmart for it, but I think I’ll just start doing that again. Shame, cause that one’s pretty bad, too.

I ask for 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles and onions. I go and pick up my food. I caught that they didn’t listen to how I wanted my burgers. They took them back. Gave me two burgers. Had everything on them. Didn’t get a refund and no one listened.

Very creepy wall art !the atmosphere was creepy and un inviting ! Seats were hard lucky to get 1 pickle on the Big Mac , the meat was the size of a half of DOLLAR , and a drop of sauce ! Hardly and Employee had no smiles and spoke no English , if any didn’t understand them , ! Over all lucky to get 1 star over price for what we order ! This place won’t stay open for long ! People are getting tired of over price food that smaller than what they use to get !

Drove up first, no one around and they took the car next to me that drove up after I did first before mine, made me wait until the other car finished ordering before a different worker asked to take my order “whenever I was ready” (lol), then asked me to pull into one of the spots reserved for pickup orders until my order was ready, then 15 min later brings out my food minus my burger. They need to get it together big time.
