Had people all in line just waiting to be waited on. Plenty of workers not doing anything but yet they won’t take your order. Was told to order on the board. So I guess now customer service isn’t their job just being rude and doing nothing is their job. Left and will not return ! Will go somewhere else and spend money there.

This McDonalds is located in the Walmart on 3500 West 7th st., 9/10, my order is correct but is done in a sloppy, unsanitary fashion. There are never enough employees on the floor, often I will wait 5-8 minutes waiting at a register and no one coming. I watched the employee “Princess” aimlessly wondering and staring at the order screen, trying to kill time while I was waiting at the counter to have my order fixed. I had ordered their infamous bacon-cheesy fries with no bacon and extra cheese. I watched Princess put almost no cheese and BACON on my fries. I looked at the screen and my receipt and they both specifically said NO BACON. She handed me the box and I said thank you. I brought the box to my table, hoping that it was not my fries she put bacon on, but lo and behold, there was bacon on my poor fries. I walk to the counter and again wait another 5 minutes for assistance and no one coming to my aid until my friend got their attention. I said the issue and she made more fries but this time took entirely too long, then taking my fries to the back after they were done as if they were holding them hostage. She brought the box back the the fry area and I watched her, WITH NO GLOVES MIGHT I ADD, and arranged the fries with her bare hands so she could close the container. I ate around the fries she touched and my pallet cringed as I got a mouthful of pure sodium chloride. I will not be ordering anything more than a soft drink at this establishment, these employees need to wear gloves and hair nets at all times. Beware , the bacon cheese fries are not worth the 3 dollars and change McDonald’s charges.

I paid for Fresh French Fries here at this establishment. Because I Really love McDonald,s Fries When There Fresh . And. When I Had Gotten my ORDER I didn’t. I was not to happy considering I have been Traveling for some time . So I left it there at the Restaurant.

This place is kidding, right? I emailed the highest person I can find about an issue I had over a manager in turn, giving her Jessica’s position as general manager!? Rhonda is the rudest, unprofessional, disrespectful employee I’ve ever met! She DOES NOT deserve her position here! I will NOT go back for as long as she is employed! Count on that, bye
