The 1 am crew decided to ignore the drive thru. One worker was inside another was by the front side door either smoking or on the phone. Saw me and did not offer any help. Hard to find good help.

The food is your typical McDonald’s food. The atmosphere is much better than most McDonald’s. The place was clean and I like the layout of the dining area. My daughter and I ordered on the app for table service and even though the app and stickers on the table says our food would be brought out, it wasn’t.

Only 2 people eating inside and still took me 16 minutes to get ONE meal for dine in. Floors and tables dirty. several people from the drive through waiting stalls had come in, in effort to get meals quicker. Talking with them, they had been waiting just as long or more. Employees would ignore us like we weren’t there.

They got my order wrong and I went right back through the drive-thru and they proceeded to tell me that I had to come in and and bring them my receipt. I have a broke ankle so I couldn’t do so I literally had the food still in the bag with me and I didn’t get the receipt when I paid for it but I mean obviously it’s hot the drinks are still full. This location is not one I typically visit and I won’t again.

Dirty and slow and food is never fresh seeming. I’ve tried this place several times to give them a chance, each time I go, there’s never any improvement. I waited in a parked spot for 35 minutes for my food after they pulled me forward, only for them to give my food to the car next to me and let them dig in the bag to realize it wasn’t theirs and then they handed them a different bag and tried to give me the bag that was just dug in and opened by another customer. I will not be going to this location anymore. I really hoped it would improve. It’s sad that they have just gone more and more downhill every year.

3 times in a row weeks apart these people can NOT make a PLAIN CHEESEBURGER!!!! PLAIN does not mean pack it full of onions. Now we sit here waiting for remakes. Last week took over 40 minutes to get food and this exact same thing happened after we waited over 20 minutes for someone to even come to the counter. 2 of the 3 kids were done eating by the time i got one child’s and my food remade. Because they can’t comprehend plain means plain. I come here when I am in a rush and have things to do but I mind as well go sit and eat elsewhere because we’d be done before food was done here. Absolutely will not be back in this location.

No orders taken at the registers due to short staff so had to order from the kiosk. The order was wrong and had to go to the front twice to get it fixed. Several other customers drom the drive thru got wrong orders and had to come back in to get the right items. It seemed as if there were plenty of staff. Maybe not enough direction in what was being made and what was put into the bags.
