Waited 25 MINUTES for an order before they decided to notify me they didn’t have it in their system. Verified it was the correct location and it was. I work food service so I know EXACTLY what happened: they bumped the ticket, probably by accident, didnt communicate that, and never made the food. When you’re understaffed I understand long wait times but not pure laziness like this. Didn’t even offer to remake it or replace the order

Door Dashed dinner tonight 12-28-2025 (Door dash part of service was great) and my husband found a long hair in his McDouble that he was eating.
Went through on Friday 12-26-2025 and the workers were very stressed and seemed very overworked as it showed in their attitudes when I went in to ask about my order I was waiting on. This locations customer service seriously needs to be dealt with as well as training on food handling with proper protocols a being enforced.

Plan on taking legal action. I paid for a m&m mcflurry and pulled up to the windows to get my food and mcflurry. The workers then told me that they had no ice cream so they offered to replace the mcflurry with some cookies and told us to pull up to the waiting spot after abt 20 min me and my freind were still sitting there in the car waiting. We then proceed to go inside and ask abt a refund or if there was a problem with the cookie. The worker asks for the receipt and starts writing on it she then looks up and says im not gonna give you a refund but come back another time and she will give me the mcflurry. I did not agree to pay for something I did not get!!!!!

Completely awful, the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonalds and the manager was just as awful. Did a mobile order, they didn’t make it right. Told me I ordered the wrong thing even tho the receipt was correct. Took my receipt and said well what do u want to do, I said I want my food. Then she rolled her eyes and said pull up. Waited 20 mins b4 anyone even came out to fix the problem meanwhile they have me parked blocking the entire drive thru.

I have gone to this McDonald’s for years. Recently I have notice a considerable decline in staff service. During the past 6 times I’ve gone there they have forgotten my sauce for my meal. To some that may not matter but for others living too far away to where it would be a hindrance to just go back it is enough for a bad review

Is this the worst McDonalds? No Dr.Pepper, no ketchup, no bbq sauce. Almost 20 minutes on our mobile order and the fries were cold with a line around the building. No one else order fries or did you put them in the bag and let them sit for 10+ minutes? Had to go in and get napkins since they didnt give us any and the inside was filthy. Avoid this place.
