Only one in the drive thru, lady who takes my order was very nice, order a McGriddle meal, get home after being up all night and just wanting to eat my meal to find they forgot the hashbrown. If it was busy I could understand but I was the only person there and I ordered such a simple order. 2 items go in the bag. I really didnt think it even possible to mess up such an order

You can’t even order food at the register inside they have a note saying the card reader is broke and it only takes cash. ( AKA don’t order up here unless you can’t use the kiosk, because you’re wasting our time. ) It’s been like this going on a half year now.

I just waited 20 minutes for my order which should never happen from the start. Second when I let them know that they were more focused on getting drivethru orders out over the counter orders and it shouldn’t be that way but happens whenever I go there either as a customer ordering food or as a doordasher picking an order up for a customer it takes just as long. I got told I didn’t have to be rude which I wasn’t until I was told I was being rude then a simple crew member not a manager was trying to goad me into a physical altercation and said I was hereby banned from this store. Fine I simply will never do business with this location until they can get more professional people and start doing the job correctly so that orders get out at a decent time for the customers. If I could give a half star for this location I would so until a better crew gets in this location who can do the job and have a more professional attitude to customers instead of yelling at them as they are on their way to their vehicles I will continue to not ever go to this location again.

On several occasions now have ordered chicken nuggets with sauces .. twice no sauce at all. Next time when I ask in the window is double check they said oh yeah here’s some BBQ sauce. When I ask it the mustard I’d ask for was in the bag they so sure it’s in there. Wasn’t. How hard is it just simply add sauce to the bag that’s on the receipt that you asked for.

No one knows how to run this particular store and they have a new person who has clearly not been properly trained on running a register on the front register and no help whatsoever. With the recent snowstorm, it should be evident that they need trained professionals and more staffing. And the one supposedly in charge wants to talk smack when she doesn’t think you’re listening and she’s not in uniform so I can’t provide you her name. Oh yeah… her excuse, “we are down 4 people”. Do you not have other people you can call? If not, do you not have better trained people on your staff? And I know what “have the day you deserve” means. I use it quite often.

Our order was wrong, cold fries, the staff was all over the place, with many cars coming back from the drive thru as well. We waited 10 minutes for just a refill
They shut the play place down early for no reason besides the manager wanted the worker said. There were 3 workers outside smoking during this rush.
THE WORST MCDONALD’S EXPERIENCE EVER!! I was very disgusted and disappointed with this experience..

I didn’t catch their name but the mixed manager with a fade frohawk made my whole day. I have been struggling and with my last 30 something dollars I came to get my kids some cheap burgers and play and for some reason they only accepted cash and she got my meal for me. She didn’t know any of this and probably saw me as some casual normal customer but it really made my night. Thank you for that.

This beats the price of the other McDonald’s in town, but it’s always much busier and a bit slower to prepare the food. Overall, it’s a descently clean location for a McDonald’s establishment. Been noticing that it’s better to place the order ahead of time on the app, and give 10-15 minutes longer than suggested, unless you don’t mind waiting. Not the fastest fast food, but still good.
