Our food was over salted, especially salsa. I couldn’t taste anything except salt in salsa. Green sauce was watery and lacked flavor. Waiters were a bit slow, but not too bad. But they do have affordable prices, and food came out fast.

This restaurant is just ok. I’ve been here twice and I’ve left unsatisfied. The food is ok but nothing I’d order again. I think the best thing as the fajita plate or whatever it was that my husband ordered. It had shrimp and onions, etc. I did like their beans and their salsa but that was it.
The service was HORRIBLE. Our waitress looked like she didn’t want to be there, didn’t smile, didn’t greet us, was just short when taking our order and then never checked on us. The place wasn’t packed, maybe 3 tables with customers and it seemed they had more than one waitress. There’s no excuse for how horrible her service was. So with that, I decided I probably won’t visit this place again. I’ve tried it twice and I’ve been disappointed both times.

I absolutely adore this place, this is the best restaurant I have been at my first week at Ruidoso!! The waiter was so nice and the atmosphere was clean and pretty much happy. I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for Mexican food that tastes good!

Food was good, I wouldn’t say the best Mexican food but I did enjoy it. When I went there was a long wait, we waited in line for about an hour. It would have been nice if we could have bought a beer while we waited out in the patio.
Anyways, we had the Green Chicken Enchiladas ($10), they came with plenty of meat and cheese I just wish they had more spice to them. The chips and salsa were also good but since the place was packed It was hard to get our waitresses attention for refills without inconveniencing another table.
I also ordered a Margarita, well. I had two and a half because I finished my husbands. They taste really good but I didn’t even catch a buzz, usually I feel pretty good after one. Wondering if there’s even liquor in them, haha.
Anyways, it’s a good place to eat. I’ll be going back again but only if there isn’t a line. I wouldn’t wait an hour again.

First, the really good the Salsa is fantastic. It’s actually got some kick and a lot of great flavor. I got the Enchiladas special and it was pretty good, about what I expected not fantastic but not bad at all.

First time and its a good place for breakfast. Servers very nice and attentive to our needs. Had breakfast and ordered a variety of dishes. All dished were very good and all plates had generous servings.

Listen, the service here sucked bc it was a packed house. BUT the food was so delicious that it 100% made up for it.
We had a little sample from basically all over the menu and everyone loved what they got. The green chile sauce may be the best I’ve ever tasted.
Would definitely recommend this place. Just accept that you’ll spend time hanging out and taking during your time here!
