The burger came out pretty good. I asked for mayonnaise and I got mayonnaise a lot of of it. They need to calm down when they’ve put that stuff on there. Had to scrape some off. It was hot though. I ordered a large fry and got basically a medium size in there it was not filled all the way and cold. same for my drink not filled all the way.

McD’s is way too expensive for my poor self now but that’s inflation for you, I guess. Between the hours of 23:00-05:00 is when McDonalds would be best but this location, unfortunately, is not open 24/7, and I do not wish to drive to a Tulsa McD’s. Location is still significantly nicer and well-kept than others AND they have a soda machine in the lobby, unlike some other McD’s. You’ll always be better off going to a state highway truck-stop McDonalds if you want the food to be good instead of extremely mid in my experience, but not everyone wants to drive halfway to OKC for good food. Stay open 24/7 and start serving breakfast at 00:00 and I’ll convince all my friends to give this location 5-star reviews.

I recently visited a McDonald’s after a long absence and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. Nathan, the young man at the front, was particularly impressive. His friendly, polite, and patient demeanor made a lasting impression. I appreciated his exceptional customer service skills, which are indeed rare these days. I look forward to returning and hope to see Nathan again. He truly elevated my experience to top-notch! 5 STARS !!

We waited for our order long after people who came after us got theirs. My husband went inside to check on it and they started making it… wrong. The guy gave us large fries instead of medium because of our wait. I would rather have had our food on time and correct.

Excellent Service from Nathan!
I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Nathan. He was super friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Nathan did exactly that. His positive attitude made my visit so much better. McDonald’s is lucky to have such a hardworking and kind employee on their team!

The staff is never aware of the orders, there is always an error in the order and they never have a good service. The manager spends a good time talking to the workers and they do not pay attention. They are annoyed if they ask them for something extra as if that was not their job. It is horrible. They have orders with specific instructions AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEM. The box of fries wasn’t even complete and the hamburger didn’t have bacon!

I’m not sure if they have a fry shortage or what but they never fill up the fry containers no matter what. I’ve complained several times. I even ordered a basket of fries which was only a medium fry at best. Place is always nasty inside.
