So I love Taco Time but have moved to the east coast so always try to make a visit when I’m back in the PNW…
But I really want to comment on the service I received here. In short; it was absolutely fantastic…
I originally placed an Uber Eats delivery order but saw that Uber was behind their predicted delivery estimate and changed my order to a pickup.
When I finally arrived at the store I told them I was there to pickup my order but needed to add to my original order. The manager, without hesitation said the add on would be no charge since I had to wait so long (it wasn’t really their fault either but with Uber)… he then preceded to make the additional order (for my parents) and remade mine to make it fresh; and I only had to pay for the original order.
I thought that was above and beyond and super gracious.

This Taco Time is consistently great. Above and beyond. They are always incredibly friendly and take great care in preparing the food, and every time we go here we’re impressed with the quality and service. Today our food could have been photographed for an ad it looked so perfect, and of course, it was delicious like always.

Ordered discounted products after 8 PM and was pleased with the quality and timeliness. All personalized products were clearly marked to avoid confusion. Product was ready as soon as I got there and I live VERY close. A perfect experience.

Crowded in the surrounding area, but the restaurant itself is spacious on the inside and it has lots of parking.
Most customers either do drive-thru or order to go therefore you will not see many customers dining inside the restaurant.
Customer service; Corey is awesome! She smiles and greets you, and takes your order. The staff that prepares the food is fast. So, you are in and out in no time. The food is fresh and delicious!
If you’re in the area stop by the restaurant say hi to Corey and get some food to go.

Making delivery drivers come in to the store to pick up an order when there’s nobody in the drive-through is a ridiculous policy and it just makes no sense. It’s just gonna make Delivery drivers not want to deliver your customers food. We’re supposed to be Delivery PARTNERS. Get your crap together its 2025 and delivery is only going to increase. Did I mention it is just absolutely rude. Order sitting there on the counter 3 ft from the pickup window and I had to walk inside to get it instead & still had to wait for an employee THE SAME person from the drive thru that just had to uncomfortably tell me to come inside. Nonsense. Last order I ever accept from Taco Time & I know I am not alone. Read Reddit delivery driver subreddits & you will find just about every driver will slowly boycott your business.

Staff is great. The drive thru lady is great, I come to this TT instead of Renton. I recently came here with my family and we ended throwing everything out. The quality has seriously gone down. The tater tots had a weird aftertaste. The meat tasted old and tasted funny, not to mention how it was mostly tortilla taco. We thought something was wrong and just threw it all out and went to a Mexican restaurant. Highly disappointing, this will be my last time going to any Taco Time, they all have this problem of poor tasting food quality now and its not worth paying these prices for bad quality and they charge for ranch again.
