Had breakfast from the drive up. Had a very difficult time getting the order correct. Finally just went to the pay window to make the needed changes. The food was good but the service needs work.

I went through the drive through a few days ago and was told they didn’t have part of my order, so I asked to just cancel the order. Instead of them doing that, i was only issued a partial refund for the singular item they didn’t have, even though I received 0% of my order. Which, whatever. Simple mistake of poor communication during a busy time for the store. I came back in today to get the rest of my refund, and Josh refused to refund the rest of the full amount I paid and actually shorted me $5. So not only did they steal my money, but their sorry excuse for a “manager” lacks the brain cells needed to run a business. Save yourself the time, money & frustration and just go to a different location.

They need to cook the onions, when folks say please cook the onions while cooking my burger, some folks really don’t like raw onions, or leave off the onions and pickles when asked , and understanding that people say no ketchup it’s not because theybare being difficult but actually allergic…… But other than that it’s good food

Went to try the Grimace Shake. Purple Shake that tastes like creamy vanilla, very slight hint of grape. Who knew Grimace was so smooth, but not kinky? 4.5 out of 5, especially since the equipment that handles the cold serves was working.

At 9am there was a long line for the drive thru so I came inside. I had to wait 10 minutes for my order. Then when I finally did get it I LOUDLY had to ask for my cup because the employees where too busy filling drive thru orders. At that point I noticed the drink fountain was disassembled so I asked the employees to fill it. Which required another 90ish seconds and two reminders to the shift supervisor. At least my food tastes like a regular McDonald’s so…that’s good I guess

Food was good. It’s MacDonalds. The service was horrible. The tables were dirty and the bathroom floor, well, I could stand still and my legs were doing the splits!!!!! It was so slick!!!! The staff just looks at you as if you were a problem for them. I asked for syrup 4 times at the counter BEFORE I was even acknowledged. Just unprofessional and I WON’T go back there again.

Shift lead / manager called my number and failed to verify my order was complete. Missed several items. I had to continue to go back to the counter and ask for my missing items. The shift lead / manager said I have to understand they are under staffed with 5 employees behind the counter and 1 on break. There were 3 tables in the dine in and at most 5 cars in drive through. As a customer I should not have to understand the manager saying they are understaffed, nor should I be forced to accept an incomplete order and be “okay” with the experience.

I ordered 2 spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches and was given 2 regular spicy chicken sandwiches without lettuce and tomatoes even though they were in the correct container with the paper receipt saying they were supposed to be deluxe. When I return to the window order screen to inform them of the mess up and get the correct items that I ordered, they asked if I wanted them to ring them up or remake them. What a stupid question…I already paid to have deluxe sandwiches and you want me to pay again…crazy and not good customer service. And the chicken looks over cooked out the fryer oil needs to be came because both chicken patties do not resemble the picture displayed. First photo was the one that wasn’t deluxe and the second photo was after I had it remade.

I grew up on McDonalds. Had high hopes for this one but it just wasn’t it, had to build my own burger basically. Cold fries and the only good part about my meal was the sprite. Would only come back if i was drunk and craving cheap greasy food.
