It took over 20 minutes for them to make a happy meal and triple cheeseburger. Doordash should ban this location from their app. I will be getting a full refund if the food is cold or stale.
McDonalds should just go fully automated. The workers at their location are just so lazy and slow unreal lol. You’re heating up pre cooked food. You’re this slow. Amazing. All should be fired and have to find a new line of work to get fired from.

This must be the slowest McDonald’s ever, me and three other customers waiting on, only coffee, stood there for 20 minutes.
When you walk in the door, you have to yell to get someone to greet you,or even look at you, let alone take your order. But this seems to be the trend in most places, as far as ignoring the customer. ( the Taco Bell in town is the same if not worse)
Nevertheless, it should be fixed management seems scatter brain , and the lady, that I assume is the manager, she’s the oldest, that’s when service is absolutely the worst, when the short lady manager is there.

I really wish my kids would like going somewhere else, thats really the only reason I come here, even though I like the food myself. The service is just pitiful. I can’t recall a good experience with this location, at least since the kiosks came in. It’s the same every-time I’m here, the lobby/ front counter is completely ignored and employees are walking around like they have no idea whats going on or why you are standing there. I don’t mind using the kiosks or even using the mobile app, but when you walk in the lobby you should be greeted by a person that is capable and willing to help, instead of having to flag someone down to check on an order you’ve been waiting on for 15 minutes already. It seems like no one is running the place, absolute chaos every time. Everyone in the lobby is irritated and people are constantly bringing in orders from the drive through that were wrong.

It’s a nice clean place to eat they got good food and good service but however sometimes they are packed and you may have to wait a little bit for your order. But it’s worth it

absolutely ridiculous we have given a chance after Chance multiple conversations with managers, most of our food is always missing never put in the right condiments if any at all, but we’re charged for it. Half the time we receive our food. It’s all dumped in the bag pitiful service.

They never ever get your order right. Everytime i eat here i get my burgers ketchup only. Bun, meat, cheese, ketchup bun. I never get that is always got everything on it. The drive thru board and and the receipt both say ketchup only. How hard is it?

Food was what you would expect for a typical McDonald’s, the service was a little lackluster. Well, I understand that the job is minimum wage. I don’t expect people to have smiles on their faces and being bubbly, I do expect them to be at least polite. Clean store, just needs a little work on the customer service. ♂️

Its fine for McDonald’s. Usually pretty quick. We do this drive through every week before gymnastics and it is usually very fast.
