The food was fresh and tasted good! The ice cream is always good. The staff on the food side was really friendly and helpful. We also got a few groceries and the kid that helped us was not friendly and acted like he’d rather be getting a root canal than working the register.

My wife and I like going to Braums to get milk, and ice cream. However, we dread going bc Ashleigh that works the front counter is very rude, no people skills at all, along with no communication to the customers; other than asking if we want a receipt. We just left there and there were 3 girls in front of us, while we waited, Ashleigh saw that all 5 of us were standing at the register, and made us wait til she was done with the cart she was working on. There was no apology for having any of us wait! I just don’t understand how someone with absolutely no customer service skills can work directly with customers.

Always a good place to go to eat. I think someone new was doing shakes that day because both of the shakes that was ordered was still ice cream for the most part not blended at all. Still great food just need to make sure the new employee’s get trained in shake making.
