For my first time trying Cava they did a great job making my order and they were so friendly, also letting customers taste things if they were new. I had a hot Harrisa bowl and my mom had the falafel and they were the BOMB, now when you come in the line will most likely be a bit long but the food is definitely the wait.

The food is amazing! Very flavorful! Delicious! The service on the other hand could use some training. Maybe it’s because I went when they first opened? The chairs were not down to sit in and eat, the food was not ready to be served we had to wait 10 minutes after open to be served.
I ordered the HARISSA CHICKEN POWER BOWL yes I appreciate that they asked me what I wanted on it but I want what comes with the bowl on the menu. One server still missed ingredients even while having the ingredient card in front of them. That server was so busy trying to film a TikTok blog with the lady behind me that she skipped the feta cheese and the skhug sauce, no yogurt dill sauce either. I had to ask for the sauce and when I asked was feta included, she said no would you like some…. It indeed is included on the card. I know this because I read the menu and they placed the ingredient card in my bag I’m sure I’m not the first and I’m sure they are making new ingredients cards as we speak.
Over all food is good service needs training. Happy CAVA is in the neighborhood

Server Jessica was really nice to the people before me, when it was my turn to order she was very rude and short with me, along with the other server. My daughter’s rice had hair in it! Bad experience!

Ok so Bam they just opened and what can I say it was an amazing experience from the customer service to the fresh food !! I have visited 3 times already and this was by far thee best . Thanks for your recommendation of the lamb meatballs! And also for anticipating to see if I liked them, they were ready to offer me a different option if I didn’t like them ‘n luckily I loved them !! Best thing is I went late and it was still fresh !! I can appreciate that !! Please keep up the good work Rian ! You were very kind and helpful (cucumber mint was a Hit !) as I completed my purchase!!!

I had such a great experience at CAVA. Chon, Michelle, and Jessica were amazing. They were extremely patient while I was ordering and took the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. They were very detail-oriented and didn’t rush me at all, which I really appreciated.
You could tell they genuinely cared about getting the order right and giving great customer service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and had such positive energy. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Jessica service was exceptional. We told her we were first timers. She was very informative about the menu. She helped us get exactly what we wanted. Jonathan was also excellent he was friendly and helpful. The overall food, service and atmosphere is top tier. We will be returning! Didnt get pictures because we were too busy feeding our face and indulging in the many dips and sauces another honorable mention!

Romaine, Saffron Basmati Rice, Red Pepper Hummus, Roasted Eggplant Dip, Crazy Feta®, Roasted White Sweet Potato, Fiery Broccoli, Pickled Onions, Tomato + Onion, Persian Cucumber, Crumbled Feta, Hot Harissa Vinaigrette, Yogurt Dill, and Sumac Slaw. And Sumac Sour Cream + Onion Pita Chips and it was so good.
