I got fries and a caramel frappe like I always do, but since it’s breast cancer awareness month the whipped cream on top was pink which was understandable- and the girl who gave it to me, said it was only dye and didn’t change the flavor at all. Well, it did and it did not taste good at all. I also had to ask for a straw because none was given. The fries were cold and not even fully fried/cooked.

Tried a different location ; paid extra for Carmel and chocolate drizzle. When I told the manager the drink was not correct; he argued that “he made it “ so it should be right. Not sure what’s going on with this franchise today; but this is ridiculous. Very un professional. How hard is it to make a customers order correctly?

The kid at the counter was scratching his butt and playing with his underwear while the MANAGER! who was bagging food whipped her nose on her arm. When both of them were asked to wash their hands they said they didn’t need to because the timer didn’t go off.
I called corporate about the matter! You guys should be ashamed of your selves.
We came in because they have a good play place since it’s raining outside. Waiting 30 minutes to even see my food being made and I ordered in advanced on the app.
The four people ahead of me also told me “good luck” as they already waited 40 minutes and ordered basic items.
This establishment needs to be looked into.

Good was good somehow. Took about 30 minutes dining in the play place. Pretty dirty. Bathroom floor all slippery and kids clothes stained on the knees after using it. Then offered some pies. 30 minutes later they bring half the order and I go back to the counter and had multiple employees walk past me on their phones. Kid carrying around broom and Dust pan pretending to sweep. Dude in fry station on his phone. And there’s 5 pies sitting in the window. Then we’re cleaning up the table to leave after waiting over 30 minutes for a pie. And they shut the lights off. And come in and say oh the play place closed 10 minutes ago. Since the trash can was overflowing and they wanted us out I left the mess for them to take care of and let them know I would’ve been gone long ago had they got me the pie when I ordered it. Will never return to this location as long as I live.

The worst McDonald’s every time we have to come here, just for the play place but the tables are always dirty, I waited five minutes at the front to ask for a rag to clean it myself and they gave one to me or came to clean them. They always take at least 30mins to make two happy meals, and they usually forgot one or two items

Drive thru was shouting as we pulled up to the window to pay then waited 10 mins to get our food. Had to go back around because our order wasn’t in the board to verify and we didn’t get a drink then had to wait again just to order. There is no mustard on the hamburgers – since when? The mcchickens were not spicy as we had ordered and have buffalo sauce on them. Only reason we had to go to this location is because the other 2 although showing 24 hours online were NOT. It’s like 3:30 in the morning with a full staff it shouldn’t take that long and for the order to be messed up that bad with only 3 cars total in line.

Slowest McDonald’s ever!! Don’t come to this mcds after 7pm you will literally sit there for 30 min. They take 1 order at a time. I’m guessing to keep their times down. Idk if they got slow people working up in there or if they are understaffed but this is ridiculous for a FAST FOOD place. I don’t recommend accepting any DoorDash orders from this store passed 7pm!
