In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I ordered ahead on the app and selected Counter pick up. The food was ready almost immediately once I got inside. However, the lady that gave me my bag (of course didn’t hand me the drink that supposed to go with it or the cup to get it myself). So, I wait 3 to 4 min to get her attention again and ask politely if I can get a cup? She points to the register as if I am supposed to go get in a line where you order, to simply get a cup that she was supposed to hand to me with my pick up order. She then walks off. I wait again. She finally comes back and I ask for the cup politely again, she points at the register. Like seriously??

DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE. They will not bring your food out. After a half hour when you are tired of waiting and walk in the staff acts like they have no idea what curbside is and your food is sitting on the metal rack under the screens. This place went downhill fast.

They get slower and ruder with every visit. Training new employees , kids , not taught the fine art of just a simple smile or a thank you. Not asking for much , a step above a grunt would be appreciated.

We went through the drive thru and ordered 6 cones. The widow to pay was down, and the lady was so sweet. She asked if we had paid, and we said no. And she took care of our order due to having been inconvenienced. She handed each cone with a smile, and was very kind. I know people get on McDonald’s for their service, but everytime I’ve been to this one, it has not disappointed!

Ordered through curbside to get a grimace mean and it took an hour for us to receive it and it wasn’t the right order. We waited 30 minutes in the car until we decided to go inside but the doors were locked. Also tried to track it but it wasn’t working and only gave us the option to see the receipt. I’m We then went through the drive thru and asked and they told us to go to the pick up window and made us go inside to get assistance. We showed them our order on the receipt bc they didn’t have our order in the system and then they gave us the wrong size and milkshake the first time and we told them it was the wrong size but we hadn’t notice the color until after. We looked at it more closely and realized it wasn’t purple like in the picture and tasted it and realized it was a vanilla milkshake. They also put the milkshake in a happy birthday grimace cup but it wasn’t the right milkshake.

Just wow, customer service sucks!!! I really enjoyed hearing employees talk to one another but could not talk to the customer or even give a total amount that I owed..I order meals and got half my order how do you forget fries with meals? The girl even looked in the bag before she gave it to me and checking her screen…how do you forget fries… Let alone employees not wearing gloves and eating chicken nuggets walking round while preparing meals. NASTY!!

We were the fourth car in line at the drive thru and two in the other lane. After waiting for 10 minutes I went to the door and knocked. Apparently they didn’t have any money. I told them next time that happens the very least they could do is let the ppl waiting on drive thru know!!! We’re on our way to work!!!

Pretty bad experience here today for breakfast. As we started to order at the kiosk they made the announcement that the computers were down and everyone would have to show the receipt to get their orders. Instead of going to another McDonald’s we decided to order but then the kiosk did not print the receipt. From there it was a half an hour and a lot of confusion to get our food. The employees all handled the situation in different ways. Some were calm and handled the situation properly however some were yelling and criticizing. The situation got so bad they had to lock the doors, which created confusion for people in the drive through line waiting for their orders who tried to come in and check on the order.
