Place is very clean but not welcoming. You have to order at the kiosk as the one register has a sign for “we will help those that need assistance” but nobody standing there. It was like a ghost town.
We actually did not see an employee until they brought our food out. My nugget meal was great. They served my hub a Big Mac but forgot to put the cheese and pickles on it.

Never thought I’d be putting a review on a fast food place, Cuz I never expect much outta fast food places, but this McDonald’s should not exist. The workers did not want to be there and were rude for absolutely no reason. They couldn’t even serve me French fries cuz they started closing everything down 45 min before closing time. On top of that they took forever to get my food out.

I have never seen a worse McDonald’s in my life. They can’t get an order correct, can’t hand a complete order out the window, half the time the children who work there don’t know the menu items (I have stumped them with the order of an Egg McMuffin), and they take far too long. FAR too long. It is quite clear that neither the workers nor the managers have ever worked fast food in their lives and, if they have, I can’t imagine they kept their job long or the restaurant would lose customers. The only saving grace here is that the next nearest McDonald’s is in Farmington (probably same franchise owners but vastly different experience) and most people don’t care to make the drive unless they are on their way to work during the week. I have stopped even trying to go the PG one, but my husband just went. Absolutely on brand with the disaster that was the service. Also, they don’t even have wall outlets like most McDonald’s restaurants have these days for people wanting to do a little remote work in the lobby area. (Tried that, too, early on after they opened.) I guess they value engineered that out of the building, which makes sense when you plan to staff the entire store with Temu equivalents of employees.

3:20 am ordered dinner menu with large fries. Took about five minutes to wait at the drive thru lane. They gave me a basket of fresh French fries. That is unexpected service in a majority of McDonald’s out there (across USA because I travel)

So I stopped at the Prairie Grove McDonald’s for the first time at 10:25 am this morning 01-31-2026 to pickup a #6 breakfast meal. Well the line was long and the process slow, but as I pulled up to pay I was told my meal was already PAID and to move up to the pickup window. While the stop was longer than I anticipated I appreciated the incentive of the meal being covered. I will definitely be stopping again and those who work at this location should be proud of the consideration and thoughtfulness the management takes for their customers. This is definitely the kind of McDonald’s I grew up enjoying and visiting. Irving Scarbrough

Do not come here unless you want to wait 30+ mins for a hamburger and a coffee. They seemed to have forgot about me after they pulled me to the next window. When I got my food, it was cold. Please avoid this place at all costs

Service is NONE!!!! You may just make your own food too. Management is not experienced. Personal can’t assist customers; fast food at the worst. Just one or two kids like Christopher who want to assist while the manager yells at him for helping customers. I am not coming back ever worst Macdonald nightmare.
