I had a really disappointing experience at the Starbucks located at 210 Cassidy Blvd, Pikeville, KY 41501 store number 80656-309848. I ordered two completely different drinks — a Caramel Frappuccino and a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino — but both were made exactly the same. They even added Ribbon Crunch to both drinks, which isn’t what I ordered and could be a serious issue for anyone with food allergies.

On top of that, one of my drinks was only filled about 60-70% of the cup, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price. My food was also forgotten, and when I went back through the drive-thru to get it, the employee acted like I was the one who made a mistake instead of offering an apology.

The entire experience came across as careless and unprofessional. It’s not just about the drinks being wrong — it’s about the lack of attention, accuracy, and basic customer service. I really hope management at this specific Pikeville location takes this seriously and improves the training and quality control, because customers deserve much better.

Third times the charm the say…..ummm but to say my third time is definitely not the charm…. My sister ordered these and can yall read the list…. And then can you look at the picture of how it’s made….. alright. Case closed. I keep giving this place a second chance and yall just rob me. My other Starbucks across the road COULD NEVA do this to me. I told my sister yall are like this every time I order from here, but she done placed the order by time I said that. I’m hysterical. This is baffling. How do yall know not what you’re doing. Also why are you all giving me skinny ppl portions? I need big back this is most certainly not big back. Yall stingy. Period. You see that whip cream? That I didn’t order? Yeah, me too. Anyways, this drink took me three sips to finish. I feel robbed. I would recommend um maybe going over these drinks with the staff….. or uh…. Reading perhaps too? Idk just a thought… also side not reading the drinks is crucial especially for customers with allergies or certain restrictions to dairy and what not. Just wanted to note that. Unfortunately, I don’t wanna say I’ll never drink from here again because that’s probably not true…. But it’s always wrong every time I order. But this was the icing on the cake for me yall. Anyways, I have plated and served. You besties better get me right next time.

This Starbucks location is absolutely stunning inside! I have yet to see a Starbucks with this layout and design; there are such beautiful transitional elements. The associates were very kind and pleasant despite having their work cut out for them! I had a tall iced macchiato with chestnut praline flavoring and non-dairy cold foam, and it was absolutely perfect.

Morning shift is AMAZING!
Today was my first time coming in after moving back home from collage. And needless to say I was not disappointed!
A nice black haired girl with glasses came straight to me and was so friendly. Even gave me drink suggestions when I wanted to try something new. She had my drink done in no time!
This place is a definite 10/10 and will be returning!

The crew is always great pleasant friendly. In the last two weeks they have been out of cream cheese, Caramel crunch , the caramel that goes in caramel ribbon crunch, ham and cheese croissant,, grande cups, and now you have to pay cash because card machine is torn up.

I’ve got to give a big shoutout to the morning crew at this Starbucks. No matter how slammed they are, they always greet you with a smile, get your order right, and somehow make the whole vibe feel calm and welcoming. It’s impressive how they keep things running so smoothly during the rush — seriously, they’re the reason I keep coming back in the mornings.

Now… the evening shift is a different story. Every time I’ve stopped by later in the day, there are these two young guys always camped out on the couch in the lobby, loud as can be — hollering, cussing, just being rude in general. It kind of kills the atmosphere, especially if you’re hoping for a peaceful place to relax or get some work done.

Morning: 10/10
Evening: Bring headphones or just wait ‘til tomorrow.

The two workers I came across this morning were super friendly and so sweet. I always love the atmosphere here when I go in and even through the drive-thru! The amount I spent today was on the new merchandise release. Any other time it’s $10-$16 on coffees, etc.!

Sent someone in to get a drink for me, they were given a tall Frappuccino when I paid for a grande. They were out of whipped cream, caramel crunch etc. which is totally fine. But, was Told by workers that a grande Frappuccino is the same size as a tall Frappuccino without the whipped cream. Asked for a manager, and the manager agreed?! Now the person who went in for me didn’t know the difference , but I actually work at a different Starbucks location myself , so I know that is absolute BS. They are 2 completely different sizes. A grande Frappuccino is still a grande without the whipped cream. Clearly this store isn’t under good management which explains the horrible customer service people are consistently receiving here. I wouldn’t waste the time or gas coming here. You’d be better off going to the Food City Starbucks close by.
