20 minutes standing at the counter alone just waiting to pay for a normal 1 person order then at least 10 minutes more waiting for the food which was made improperly and at least one chicken strip was past its legal serving point. The only other indoor customers were dashers who also waited half an hour and drive through had customers but it wasnt excessive i saw at least 5 employees there was no defensible reason for these types of delays. The picture does no justice to how hard and old the strip on the left is unfortunately

Inside was totally filthy. Not a single table within eyesight was clean. Food droppings, spills, trash, etc. on tables and on the floor. Ketchup splattered on the wall as seen in attached pic. Throughout my time there (enough time to eat an entire Quarter Pounder meal), not a single employee cleaned anything.

Regularly from morning to middays is when I get food. It’s almost always fresh and hot, only problem I’ve had is watery gravy during breakfast hours on occasion (still hot though.)
I will say the worst time to come is during the summer, I don’t know if it’s the heat or the crowd but lots of agitated people try cutting the line especially indoors to get their food first causing greater delays, not the restaurants fault. New manager is fantastic

When I first entered the store some crazy man was talking to someone aggressively and then asked me if I was educated, I said yes, and he proceeded to ask me to verify that the n-word (hard r!) was a term to call ignorant people.
Onto the food experience, I got my food quick, but half way through eating I found green spots on my sandwich – so yes – I get the impression I’ve eaten mold. I try calling twice and nobody picks up so I have to drive back there to get a response. They’re quick to take it back and replace it but I’m not at all comfortable eating a sandwich with buns that probably were touching the moldy ones. They threw in an apple pie as compensation. Not a them issue I just don’t like their apple pies. It was a nice gesture but for MOLD I feel like something more could’ve been done??
Update: I see that McDonald’s frequently responds asking you to contact their support, and just want to let them know that I’ve already done that so if I get a reply, it’s clear that they don’t read these. People cannot just drop what they’re doing to return a sandwich. They told me they can’t give me a refund unless I bring back the replacement because obviously I feel like my fears are valid for eating more mold.

I love the new McDonald’s in Siloam Springs. That’s on 412 right past the 59 junction that you turned to go to gentry it is brand new. It is super cool and you do all your ordering through a menu screen and you pay that way as well what I really love about them they serve ice cream milkshakes and any of the other items that they have that has ice cream in it all day and all night there is not no oh at 10 o’clock. We shut off our ice cream machine like the other McDonald’s do around here. They never shut theirs off apparently because they’ve always are able to make shakes or anything that has their ice cream in it so for all of you that I have ordered from gentry and we’re upset that they couldn’t get ice cream or a milkshake after 10 o’clock at night this new one up here beside Olive Garden they serve theirs all day and online

One of the most poorly maintained McDonald’s I’ve been in. It looks like a newer restaurant but it was very dirty- floors, tables and disgusting bathrooms. I saw there are several mentions about the floors in other google reviews. They are extremely slippery and an accident waiting to happen. My guess is they don’t clean them enough and maybe use the wrong type of floor cleaner. There is no external condiment station with straws or napkins. One small area with ketchup, but the small cups were not stocked. It was also difficult to order. One touch screen was not operational, and not all the options were listed for modifying my meal on the other. No one would come to the counter to take our order in person until we loudly asked. Workers just ignored us and played on their phones.

Every night this McDonald’s drive takes so long that the line backs up. The mid-day crew has been great, but this night shift consistently takes longer. For the past month every time I’ve visited the drive through takes at 20 minutes to get through. And the past two visits have had the line so long that I would rather go home, as I had a feeling that I would be waiting in line for over 40 minutes just to get fast food.

Went here for some nuggets and it went smoothly at first but when I pulled around there was no one at the first window where you pay I sat there and waited for someone to come to the window. I could see someone washing a pan inside, but he soon walked off. Since there was no one there, and after waiting a little bit, I pulled to the second window, where one of workers with an attitude told me I should’ve paid it to the first window and when I responded, there was no one there, She’s said you should’ve waited. Then I had to wait there for more than 10 minutes to get my food and they even shorted me on some of the food that I should’ve gotten if you’re craving McDonald’s take the extra time and drive to a different one because this one sucks.
