First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. This was my first time at this location and the experience was subpar. Our server was absolutely terrible and that’s me being kind. Kipp was his name according to our receipt. It took him over 5 minutes to greet us. When he came we were fully ready to order everything but I did have a question. I wanted to know was there tonic water in the kale tonic drink, he didn’t know the answer. He asked the manger who answer for him. Then I asked what size was the drink and he replied “regular size” and I relied “what size is that? Is it 16oz? 12 ounces?” To which he didn’t know so he walked and got a glass and showed me the glass it comes in. I did end up getting the kale tonic. For food I decided to get the Chimichurri steak and eggs. It came with a garlic aioli and I asked Kipp can they remove the it and substitute it for more Chimichurri and he replied “we’ll see.” Somehow my steak and eggs came out 5 minutes before my friends waffle, eggs and bacon. Never did Kipp offer an explanation as to why, he just dropped the food and keep it moving. During our entire time eating he never came back to check on us. I had to stop another server to ask for a to-go box to which she told him and it still took him forever to bring it. It was evident that he did not care about our experience. He gave us abysmal service. But I will say I enjoyed the kale tonic and the steak and eggs. Both were quite delicious .

Top tier service! Very welcoming, from the moment I walked in I was greeted beautifully and genuinely did get the gentleman’s man…pretty sure he was the manager. My server was Anaiya same thing genuinely warm and bubbly.

Food was great.It was very busy the day we came but it was a weekend middle of the day. We were going to sit in but it was so loud from people talking and dishes clacking together, we decided to sit outside. It was a nice day luckily and the outside seating are is decent. Food was really good we did have to wait and my server forgot to bring part of our order but I believe she was fairly new so now biggie. I got the shrimp and grits but I think it’s a seasonal item during Spring as this was April 2024. Hopefully it comes back because it was delicious. I paired it with a Mimosa that was made just right. I definitely can’t wait for the new location in Warner Robins to open since it would be closer to me.

Pretty disappointing experience with this location. It was my first time trying this location as I wasn’t close to home which is the Decatur location.
The customer service was fine but the food was not. I couldn’t order online because they had online ordering shut down so I went inside to order.
My food is basically raw. It was packed so it seems as if they rushed the food. My bacon is extremely undercooked for pork, the potatoes have almost raw potatoes mixed in with the barely cooked ones and my eggs smh are overcooked. The toast is not toast, it’s bread with a butter sear, it’s the softest “toasted” sourdough, It’s crazy.
All I asked for was syrup and it wasn’t given. I understand Sunday is a crowded day but this is still unacceptable for a $22.22 breakfast of just eggs, potatoes, bacon, and toast.
