The product was so much smaller then it used to be. Hadn’t been here in a coupla years and I can’t believe how much has changed. The 3 stars is for that not the quality of the food. That thank goodness was still 5 star.

50min for a single drive through order. A burger and tiny tacos. Saw several (4-5) Uber driver come and go before me and 3 other people who just ordered from the drive through go before me. I had 2 items that were just off the menu and not modified. I also never received a receipt so I could not be reimbursed. I was given someone else’s chocolate cake who didn’t want to sit around and wait for it as an apology. I will encourage everyone I know to not come here.

This place really needs people that listen to customers taking orders in the drive through.
We had 2 separate orders and said 3 different times when they were taking our orders that we wanted to paying separately and when i noticed that we didn’t pay for our order they said they charged the other card and when i went into jack and the box to be honest saying I did not pay for my order they said you paid for your order. I was like clearly we said 2 separate orders and they lady still argued with me even though they messed up.
I was not impressed with this jack in the box.
Need to do some MAJOR firing and get people that listen and don’t argue and get orders right.
My husband wanted fries and they didn’t even get the order right.
Not sure if we will be back to this one or not.
The lady was getting EVERY order wrong which also makes it frustrating for EVERYONE

Mason and JC were both working when I came in on Tues, October 28th at 9pm. They were both so upbeat and friendly!!! Im definitely old enough to be both of their moms, but they are great kids and great workers!!! They were the only 2 working and made a great team!! I dont normally come out this way, but i definitely feel these guys deserve a shout out!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

February 10 at 130pm Asked the counter woman to use the restroom why picking up a doordash. I was denied access and told to wait. Waited 15 minutes had to go outside. Wasn’t treated humane. Told her my toilet paper is in the bushes. She told me not to return back to their store. So threw the doordash in their parking lot. I don’t deliver for inhumane treatment. I tried being decent and was denied access. I take water pill. Had to go home for clean clothes. Thanks for hindering my doordashing how dare me need to use the bathroom. Still trying to figure out how I’m the bad guy for partially peeing myself when denied bathroom Even as a delivery driver. Sad how they treat us like trash

Waited 30 minutes for a Jack spicy chicken and 4 tacos. If they would have told me, I would have ordered something else. It’s crazy when you go to a fast food restaurant and you get your food in the same amount of time you could have eaten at a seat down restaurant.

Employees yelling at each other the whole time. Took breakfast orders, then yelled across the building that they are out of liquid eggs and can’t do the orders. Kitchen in total chaos the whole time…..it was like a reality TV show with all their drama

I had a large order placed online, when I arrived to pick it up I was informed their fryers aren’t working so I can’t get half of my order. I understood because that isn’t their fault. BUT then they told me I can’t get a refund for the missing items either. They said all I can do is suck it up and deal with paying for food I won’t be getting. Terrible customer experience and service. I very politely asked them to speak with a manager and they said “she’s not here and she won’t answer calls”. Now I am out several dollars with half the food paid for.

Food was absolutely fantastic like it is every time I choose this jack in the box, we had an amazing worker who was extremely friendly and nice, I don’t know the workers name but he had dyed platinum hair and looked about 19, great worker he deserves a raise
