The lady that works the first window is super professional and sweet. She brings a smile to your face when greeted! She takes her time to let you order. She is very friendly, sad to say but most McDonald do not give you that kind of customer service. It was the great customer service that will bring me back. The food was great as well. I will definitely come back.

I only come here when I have absolutely no choice! They can never, I mean never, get my order right, and all I ask is no pickles or no onions. How hard is that? If you change anything on your order, they will get it wrong. 100% every time.

Ordered curbside on app. App said they would be out in 2 to 5 minutes. The app said enjoy food 5 minutes later. Door was locked. Wouldn’t open door. Went through drive thru, and then when finally had to wait for 5 cars to clear got to first window and asked if they could hand me the order prior to window 2 as the were supposed to do curbside. When you go to McDonald’s, you never expect to get great service. It’s McDonald’s right? But I’ve had it with this one. I live 1 min down the road and frequent this location for dinner with me and my boyfriend and child. I always get sauces with my meal, but when I ask for sauces AT THE SPEAKER in the drive thru I never get them. Not to mention they always pull you up no matter if you are the only one in line, so when they walk out with my bag I either have to walk in, or have them walk in to get my sauces. The problem is, they make comments all the time about “if you want sauces we will have to charge you” with an attitude. To which I reply “it’s on my ticket”. It’s just sauces, but it’s all the extra attitude I get and EXPECT to get with time wasted at this point over a few sauces.

Worst Mcdonalds Ive ever visited!! No customers inside. Still took 18 minutes to be asked what we would like to purchase. No napkins and food was too greasy to even eat. Will never go here again. Server never smiled or spoke.

I don’t know what is going on at this location but the service is horrendous. The young girl that worked the 2nd window this morning literally slammed her window in my face while I was checking the bag (my order) and I heard her say something and opened the window again, mind you, she didn’t even say good morning or thank you when she handed me the food and drinks. I told her that the order was missing my fries and she asked for my receipt. She tells me that it wasn’t a combo. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location where they take my order wrong. They charged me separately for the drinks. Then they take my card and didnt give me a receipt for the 2 small fries I ordered.i know this is a very lucrous franchise and more sure they won’t miss my money but I will never buy at this location again while they have such poor customer service people working there. Manners and peofessionalism have gone to hell these days.

They got rude with me after they refused to acknowledge customers standing at the front for 10 minutes because they were too busy talking and laughing. One guy even turned around and refused to take the lady’s order behind me because she was paying with change.

I love the rewards program. Sometime someone may not have extra cash so being able to use points to purchase food is an excellent idea. It is not hard to earn points. I also love that you can cancel your order if you order at the wrong location. One suggestion I would make is to rinse the coffee machine before you make the tea so it won’t taste like coffee or just have its own dedicated machine. I like the different pick up options. I hardly go into the location because I am always on the go like so many other families. The service here is good. One of my favorite places to go.
