Ordered 2 large fries and 2 double cheeseburgers Halloween night around midnight at drive thru didn’t get one of my large fries called restaurant to let them know. Manager said she wrote my name down and to say something next time I came. Couple days later I come and ask for my fries and they said my name wasn’t written down or anything. So I’m out $5 for a large fries because of the poor management by a big Hispanic lady.

I love this McDonalds but this is the 2nd morning in a row, I have not gotten a gas brown with my breakfast meal. They refuse to answer the phone, so you can’t speak to manager (not even calling to complain just put me down for another one) It gets frustrating paying for something and not getting it.

Wanted the Grinch meal and they were out of the box, ok so she assured me the socks and salt were in the bag. Nope, no salt and the burger was cold. Not a fan of McDonald’s just wanted the Grinch meal and was disappointed.

I’m not sure what’s so hard about working at McDonald’s that the drive through attendant can’t even get an order right, but driving away and realizing there is no sauce in the bag and the burger was done wrong because of the laziness of the workers is frustrating. Do better McDonald’s because everyone knows if you were to go somewhere you wanted your order done right the first time.

Newly remodeled store. Very modern and open feel. I’m not a fan of this particulars store remodel as the dining area seems cheap and kinda doesn’t go with the theme of McDonalds. Service was fast, but I was the only one dining inside. It was clean, however it was close to closing time so they where cleaning up.

I received old fries with my order and they weren’t even halfway full in the container. In addition to this, we had to pull forward and wait an additional 10 minutes for our food and they forgot the nuggets.

We went to the drive thru tonight and we ordered two regular size McFlurrys. We get up to the second window and receive our items, and they happened to be the mini size. We kindly got the attention of the lady at the window and asked her if we could get the correct size. Her manager comes to the window and very rudely says “if it’s that big of an issue, I can take those back and get you new ones.” We then received half way full cups, as if she quite literally dumped the old into the new, and sent us on our way.

I ordered off Uber eats and clearly says no mustard on the burgers and every burger had mustard. No straw for the drink. No dipping sauce even though I paid for extra bbq sauce for the nuggets. I didn’t know it was hard to read or give people what they ask for. Very disappointing!

Terrible customer service and management. If (when) you’re overcharged for an incorrect order, they will give you a link to complain but will neither respond to nor acknowledge the complaint.
