What an incredible experience I had this morning. I drove an hour to have hand downs the best breakfast in all New Jersey. Seen a video on TikTok of their viral Cinnamon Crumb Strudel Pancakes. Did I mention the pancake was gluten free, what an exquisite dish. My spouse had the grilled Rueben with a salad. I had a simple breakfast platter with eggs home fried and the most organic turkey sausage I’ve ever had. Overall 9.3/10. The atmosphere was very demure and delightful. Thank you to Clarissa for taking good care of us. Will be back next month.

When it comes to a good breakfast spot, Blueplate has become a go-to for me. They do a great job with the basics (eggs, bacons, potatoes, etc), but also the specials and unique menu staples have never left me disappointed. Now, I’ve only been for breakfast or brunch, so I can’t speak of the dining experiences during other times, but I can say that you won’t regret breakfast at Blue plate!
I love the blue aesthetic and the employees are always friendly. Upstairs and outdoor seating is always nice too.
It’s a tiny bit pricey depending on what you get, but I think it’s worth it!

We love Blue Plate! We’ve only eaten here sporadically over the years while in town visiting family. I recently made a temporary move back to Mullica Hill. Since being here, I’ve rediscovered Blue Plate, and now we come regularly for breakfast. It’s great!
1- The staff is fantastic! – Very friendly and cheerful.
2- The food is great! – We love the Reverse omelet, Eggs Benedict, and corned beef hash.
3- The prices are reasonable. What more can you ask for?
A quick shout out to Christine and Carissa, the two servers who have taken care of us so far. They’re both great at their jobs, and are friendly and accommodating. Also to Abbie, the friendly hostess who greets you, seats you, and keeps your water full. She always has a smile on her face. Thank you!
We still need to try lunch and dinner.

We recently visited this restaurant and overall had a decent experience. The cauliflower sandwich stood out as the highlight of the meal — flavorful, well-prepared, and definitely something I’d order again. I also tried the special potato soup, which had potential, but it was a bit too acidic. My husband ordered the short rib burger, and while it was fine, it wasn’t particularly memorable or as satisfying as we had hoped.
On the positive side, the prices were reasonable for the quality, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout our visit, which made the dining experience more enjoyable.
Overall, I’d recommend this spot and would be happy to return, especially for the cauliflower sandwich and the welcoming atmosphere, but there’s still room for a little improvement with some of the dishes.

Went for the corn-a-palooza since so many people hyped up their meals. For the value, I wasn’t impressed, unfortunately.
Seems like the reason they do reservations on the hour is so they can cook the meals in batches – because even if you finished quickly, your next plate would come out at the same time as every table around you. Service as a result is really slow.
Nearly all the corn dishes used the same green sauce, same method of cooking corn, and had a similar flavor overall. This was a shame because there’s many different ways to use corn and they barely scraped the surface.
The food was good, don’t get me wrong, but not up to par with expectations.

We had a lovely Valentine’s dinner. The portions were perfectly sized, and the set menu was varied enough to please all types. Staff was attentive and friendly. The country music over the speakers wasn’t needed, but that’s our personal taste.

A quaint little eatery in a quaint little town. The menu leans more towards the seafood lover but there’s something for everyone. I had one of the most unique interpretations of Chicken Parmesan with an equally unique twist to French Onion Soup.
The quality of the food is top notch and the portions were extremely generous. These characteristics are matched with exceptionally reasonable prices. It had a very “farm to table” quality of food.
Service was prompt, courteous and pleasant. There was more than sufficient wait staff for the regular stream of patrons. It’s always a sign of a good restaurant when there is a steady stream of customers.
Overall it was a great place? Small enough to be intimate but not too small to be crowded. The restaurant was clean and well maintained and very comfortable. It’s definitely on the list of future destinations for us.

I tried their Martin’s sausage gravy and swapped the biscuits for sourdough bread. The gravy wasn’t the classic style I’m used to, but the flavor had a little kick that made it stand out—in a really good way. And when a friend shared their buttered sourdough toast with me… oh my goodness. The flavor, the texture, the thickness—absolute perfection.
Our waitress was wonderful—so pleasant, attentive, and on point with everyone’s order.

A nice place in Mullica Hill for brunch with both indoor and ample outdoor seating. There are some seats outside in the front although a lot in the back – both areas covered so no need to worry about sun or rain. The inside is quite nice with a country feel and at least when I was there country music too. The menu is not vast but very good. Portions are large and service was great. I enjoyed my buffalo chicken Cobb salad. And saw the breakfast with others there and that looked great too. There is parking in the rear of the building.

We are visiting from out of town to spend the Christmas holiday with our daughter, son-law, and grandkids. We ordered several dishes from Blue Plate, including the Turkey Waldorf and Buffalo Chicken Wrap. I had the Sweet Sausage Rigatoni. All meals were delicious, but the Sweet Sausage Rigatoni was amazing- one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. The rigatoni was cooked to perfection with just enough of the al dente texture. The sweet sausage ragu was prepared with just the right amount of spiciness, making the meal delicious. I look forward to my next meal at Blue Plate and highly recommend this quaint local restaurant, with very friendly service and excellent food.
