This is a Family owned restaurant that provides excellent home cooked food and service! We strive to always do our best to satisfy all of our customers! We serve breakfast all day and we start serving lunch menu between 8 AM and 9 AM until 9 PM Monday through Saturday. Owned and operated by Bradley Scott.

I ordered the Hot Roast beef sandwich. It was a shredded beef that was too salty for me. The rest of the food was delicious and excellent. My wife ordered the open face steak which a super large chicken fried. She was impressed with the green beans, mashed potatoes and white gravy. The diner salads were great. It is a small country diner that you need try. I will go back and try something else.

The fried pork chop is super thin, the okra was cold but since they were cooked right they were still good. The mashed taters n gravy were very good. I wouldn’t suggest the pork chop. 1st time and might is the only time unless I’m invited to go with a group.

Want some good food with a laid back atmosphere. Came to the “wright” place. Get it lol waitresses are pleasant n on top of their game. The chefs are really quick and the food is always cooked perfectly. Love this place. Bring a date or bring the whole family.

I absolutely love this place. By far, the kitty chicken is my favorite, but when passing through around breakfast you can’t go wrong with the egg sandwich! The staff is always so welcoming, attentive and just all around friendly and they have truck parking!

Very low key, straight forward diner that delivers quality food and good value. The staff were kind, and the patrons respectful. The biscuits and gravy were exactly what I wanted, and the eggs were over easy perfection. The decorations and ambiance seemed like a diner from another era, but at 7 am there were plenty of customers.

Wright’s Family Diner replaced the iconic Big Chef Diner a couple of years ago and this was the first time I have eaten at the revamped restaurant. Straight to the point, they have done Big Chef COMPLETE justice. They took the family friendly feel and slapped a brand new coat of paint on it, all without losing any of the charm. The establishment is clean and pristine and the staff is very pleasant. While I may have been a new face, they welcome regulars as you would old friends. Besides the staff being sweet and super attentive, the food was on point. I had the Chick Fried Chicken (see my photos) at the suggestion of my waitress and it was most definitely a leap worth taking. The salad was fresh and the CFC was nice and hot, covered in a plentiful helping of gravy. The establishment, the staff, and the food were all incredible. If you are looking for some family-friendly country cooking, do yourself a favor and don’t miss Wright’s Family Diner. Easily, 5 out of 5.

Stopped in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with not only the amount of choices but also the very welcoming staff! Ms Dawn was my waitress and she was absolutely fantastic. She kept the coffee coming and was so quick in getting my food and checking back in to see if I needed anything. Such a hidden little gem in Lawton and talented cooks! Highly recommend the chicken fried chicken meal and sides.
