To anyone who has worked all week and it is looking for a quick delicious meal. Do not be deceived by the short line, you will sit there long enough to listen to half an album. Do not expect polite service, they will use short incorrect English to address you. And do not expect them to have what you ordered at the 1st window. After you have paid and pulled foward, the 2nd window will tell you they are out of both the drinks you ordered, not offer any other drink choices, then hand you a bag with a medium fry even tho you payed the upcharge for a large.

The wait is out of control either they are extremely understaffed or just don’t care. I sat waiting for my kids food for 45+ minutes. While sitting in the drive thru line I tried to call the restaurant because upon pulling up to the window there was no one there. My phone calls got forwarded every single time I tried to call.

Wow. Online order for Aaron KS#13 All of my nuggets was dry and thin. Seem like they had the nuggets sitting in the heat tray for 5 hours. This is so ridiculous. Management need to be changed. Very rude & unprofessional. Every single time we go there is always a problem I try to wait a month or so before going back to see if it’s gotten any better it’s always getting worse yall seriously need to do something about the employees & their negative attitudes & customer service. Never gets my order right to busy playing around & laughing. Gets mad when u ask for ur sauce that they left out of the bag that is on the receipt. Doesn’t know the difference between honey & honey mustard. Doesn’t know what no onions means I’m highly allergic to them they seem to not care & jus continue to do it anyways.

Employee gave me the wrong change for my order. When i informed him he realized he charged me for the wrong order. I had given him a 20 dollar bill. He could not figure out the change. Called over manager. She couldn’t figure out the change or how to correct in the system. The line behind me got so long while they tried to do simple math. A third person had to come help.

Service is and has been slow here for a long time. There’s always people standing around talking. Front register person doesn’t even really greet anyone and seems to take orders whenever I feel like doing something.
