Been going for 20+ years. Bought one pound of barbacoa this morning at the drive thru, something I’ve done monthly for many years. It wasn’t barbacoa that I received. It wasn’t cheek meat, not even close. I was also overcharged, and I paid cash. They lost a customer.

Wonderful large chile releno was one of the best I have ever had. Unusual orange colored sauce served over it, instead of red ,green, or cheese sauce. At 3 pm they had about five daily specials all under $12, and a catfish plate for $13, all good values. Friendly and professional service by cheerful staff. Definitely worth a visit. Standard cafe type seating with booths and tables galore.

I’ll start with how great the food is fast and hot. However, your restaurant definitely needs better customer service… Absolutely no acknowledgment that you are a person. one of the 3 waiters we had only came to say are your ready.. no greetings, no thanks you, and most importantly no checking up to see if we needed refills or anything else our ticket was left with us before our food arrived so no sense in ordering anything more like adult drinks ): personally I wouldn’t recommend dinning in maybe a take out only

This restaurant was recommended to me by a client while I was in Alice. He told me that the tacos are fresh and that I would get my order quickly, he was not kidding! Great service! Food is good! Highly recommend!

Decided to stop by again and give them a 2nd chance. They charged me .99 extra for the fajitas, 2.45 for a few spoons of rice and .53 card fee plus taxes. A 12.00 plate ended up paying over 17 dollars. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

This is a chorizo and egg taco ♀️ I ordered 2 I’m insulted that they had the audacity to serve this to any human. I have a chronic illness and it compromises my immune system. I have to be careful on days that I’m too ill and weak to cook. This quality of food creates fears of what else may or may not be going on in their kitchen. They must think of their customers as trash. No appreciation and no respect. Serving refried meat and eggs that are hours or days old, is not respectable. Why not just make it fresh? We’re a small community. I’d use my establishment to make it mean something. Stand out from the rest. This is more than about food quality. It shows what one stands for. I’ll be returning for a refund.

Friendly staff. Caldo de res was good but the corn was very bad. We were looking for our server because they brought us the wrong tortillas. She said she was sorry for taking so long, that they were short staff. Lady’s restroom, there was a big hole where the toilet tank should’ve been. I couldn’t wait to get out of there hoping a rat wouldn’t jump up.

I am so happy to have found this restaurant! On the day I stopped in the air conditioning is out my server was very kind and offered to find me a place to sit it might have been more comfortable. Considerate! I decided to just stay put and wait for my food.
I can’t even say enough about how delicious it was. I ordered a beef fajita taco salad . It was fresh and very flavorful. Very big salad it would probably feed two people. I look forward to returning and trying something different each time I go. I’m sure everything will be good.It’s just as satisfying.
