Bad experience today at this Chick-fil-A. To get started we did a take out order and out of 5 meals we had 2 entrees (12pc nuggets) missing. Found out at home and had to drive back. Ironically there’s a big sign in capital letters saying ACCURACY… I then mentioned that it is weekday with school tomorrow for my kids and the drive back did not help and that they had to check orders. The response I got was “this wasn’t my responsibility” and then I swiftly said that it is the Store’s responsibility. With the trouble we got no compensation at all and we are loyal customers who order at least twice a week (the manager who knows me by name wasn’t there at the time). Then to make things worst I got home and look at the fries… for my surprise it was FULL of crumbles and we went there at a bit past 9 so much earlier than store closing… very disappointing considering the profit we already gave this location

The costumer service absolutely terrible. I understand if the employees wanna talk among themselves when they is no people in the drive thru, but the minute a costumer pulls up and orders, the employee should be ready for the costumer to come through to the window to pick up their food. For no reason should the employees be standing with their backs to the window when we honked the car horn gently to get there attention that we are waiting for food the employee turns around looks at us starts laughing and turns back around. Then finally the food gets given to us, but as before we pull off, she turns her back and start laughing again. Please reteach certain employees on how to act at work when costumers are around or just thank them for their time if all they wanna do is chit chat with their backs to the window.

It really hurts me to have to leave this review, because I’ve never had anything but great food and service at Chick-fil-A I always tell people they had the best customer service and their food is pretty good. However the killdeer, Illinois location it was terrible first couldn’t understand the person taking the order, had to repeat it to him three times, and it was still wrong when I receive my food. Chicken deluxe sandwich was dry and way too crunchy and salty. The fries were also mealy way too crunchy the only thing that was good was the chocolate milkshake. So disappointed, I never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A

I always come here! I had an order this morning under alex, and they over charge me over something I didn’t get it. Called them to explain and they were really rude and didn’t seem like they cared much. Whoever answered the phone should get fired.it was a male who answered the phone and the woman who over charged me was named charlotte. Ok cool bye .

would give zero stars if i could. they have a mobile pick up lane and told me i had to go inside to pick up my order because they couldn’t give it to me through the window? then i go inside to pick up and the exact same guy at the drive thru hands me my order so let me know why i had to do that. then i asked for an empty salad container and they charged me, which no other location has done to me and granted im sure it’s up to the franchisee but after they made me walk inside for no reason it was just kind of the cherry on top of why this particular chick-fil-a sucks. food was fine

5 Children ages 10-2 running around the restaurant with bare feet. Socks off. Running in and out of the playland while their mother and her friend sat at the furthest table from the play place. They were Screaming, crying because they were getting hurt and running past our table barefoot through our entire meal. Employees did not correct the family. One family made all the other patrons uncomfortable. So gross!!!!!!

Went through the drive through, they have a girl taking the orders so you can’t look over the menu board. As I drove by I thought is said $9.12 for the deluxe chicken sandwich so I ordered that with her. I also got the sweet tea. I asked what flavors were available then selected “dragon fruit”. I was not told there would be an upcharge for that. I drive right to the window (nobody else in the line) 4 employees talking & joking around nobody even acknowledges me. Finally someone does and says my total of $15.00 and change. I was surprised because I thought I chose an item under $10.00. When I said the board doesn’t match the amount charged, they just repeated the total due. I said is there a manager? The non chalant guy in the picture says “yes” I then said can I speak him or her? He points to his name tag (which doesn’t say manager) he looked to be all of 17 years old. I said you’re the manager? Ok well what about this clear over charge or misrepresenting the cost of my meal? He just shrugged at me. So disrespectful ! I was so taken aback by his unprofessional attitude I said I’m never coming back & he said “good”. I wasn’t going to bother to post until he said that. Here’s the “manager” of the chick filet Kildeer Illinois.

I hate to have to write this review but the last two times I ate at this location I got terrible food poisoning like coming out of both ends/exorcism food poisoning. The first time I believe it was from the kale salad I got (though I’ve had it multiple times before) and the second time I purposely avoided the kale and got chicken bites but ended up getting sick again though not as bad as the first time.
