My issue is I just went through the drive thru, no line, maybe 30 minutes into opening shift, I ordered to meals and only got one. I asked the cashier to throw away my recipes cause I normally don’t need it. I was wrong, pulled up to get my food and they handed me two drinks (one of which was for the second meal) and that was it, I said ordered two meals she said that’s not what the screen says and I asked her if there’s anyway to check something else and she told me no that’s not how it works and that what I got is what I ordered, I just drove off after that, I was charged for one meal but somehow still got the drink for the second order. I recommend if you ever go to this McDonalds that when you order to take a picture of the screen and if they try to harp on you and say your wrong then show them how your not because they are stubborn and rude.

The girls are usually nice, the guy at the window acts like you’re inconveniencing him by ordering food. 9/10 times they’re going to get your food wrong even if you give the window guy a recap of exactly what you want. I don’t think i’m a super picky customer when all ask for is some big mac sauce on my hot and spicy but you’d never know it by how they act.

This place absolutely sucks. They made fun of my wife’s language barrier when they thought they turned the microphone off. They even got our order wrong even after reading it back to us in a snarky way. Overall the staff were rude because my wife really doesn’t go to McDonald’s much and she doesn’t know what they have there.

It would be great for the general public if your hours were actually posted and reflect when you are actually open or closed. I went through the drive thru at 1145 and got told we are closed even though according to both Google and the McDonald’s app you are open until midnight. Went back to work hungry and angry that even a manager can’t update information so the public knows when they operate business. So far one star is all yall get. No further business will be done here in the future. And you can say ah it’s one customer but all it takes to make a change is one person. Just look at Hardee’s across the street. Have a day.

As far as McDonald’s go probably one of the worst across the 7 states I’ve lived in and fifty or sixty( I’m guessing) McDonald’s I’ve visited. The fries taste like they’ve been reheated ten or twelve times. My kids nuggets tasted about the same. Hard as a rock and dried out. They are the only one near base so we’ve ordered from them a few times and they always mess up the order leaving items out. They have essentially stolen a hundred dollars or more from my family at this point. McDonald’s as an industry needs to investigate this franchise and look at either shutting it down or removing the current management at minimum.
