Stopped by for a quick meal after not eating all day, ordered chicken strips and fries, was asked to pull forward and space number one to wait for fresh french fries, once I left, took a look, they have been dumped in grease and refried. I was too far away to turn back. So frustrating!

Always, always check your order for correctness. I was in a hurry and did not notice until too late that instead of the sausage egg biscuit with 2 strips of bacon added for additional cost, lacked egg altogether and only had 2 pinches, for lack of better word, of bacon. I’ve added pictures, so you can see for yourself if it was worth nearly $2 extra for the bacon provided on my sausage and missing egg biscuit.

Came here for lunch and got something simple as a small fry and hot an spicy add cheese. This thing had no lettuce, chicken was hard, and I could’ve put this mayo on 2 burgers. The fries had to be redone cause the first ones were cold not to mention they didn’t even fill the small fry. The people that work here are rude. Just go to taco bell.

You will wait forever in the drive thru!! They will have 5-7 cars parked waiting on their food. Last time I waited 15 min for 2 cheeseburgers and fries. I’m not sure why the owner of this establishment hasn’t made changes after reading all these negative reviews. The food is 3 to 4 stars but customer service and speed is a 1 star. I will just drive to the McDonald’s in downtown Leesville.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff is extremely rude. They will ignore you completely and give you a nasty look even when you say “thank you.” Ordering in drive through? Be prepared to spend 30 minutes parked for your food because I guess they need to kill the cow before making your burger. Sad establishment, disgusting on the inside. Need to fire every employee there and hire new. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

I have had plenty of experiences with this fast food establishment. Whether it be drive thru or door dash. The only time you get what you want and can enjoy it, is if you order around noon to 3 in the afternoon. Outside of that time the food looks stepped on and sloppily put together. The fries have been sitting there and taste stale and cold. They make no effort to put in napkins, sauces or ketchup. I’ve even had them not give us straws for out drinks. Half the time the sweet tea tastes stale or old as well. We waited for 30 min after being parked for our food. Finally us and the car in front of us had to go inside to get our food. I’ve made several complaints to head offices regarding this place and they haven’t helped a bit. McDonald’s use to have corporate standards back in the early 2000’s but have seem to be on brand with post pandemic make all the money offer none of the service style while charging the public an arm and a leg. I only recommend going around noon to 3 because the staff outside of those hours do not care about what you’re served, how the treat you or being on brand for the corporate expectations.

will never fail to get your order wrong in one way or another. missing fries, fries placed upside down in a bag, food thrown carelessly into bag. workers are sometimes high while on the clock. never have had a single satisfactory experience dining here drive through or dine in.

Forget things I order more than a couple of times and I ask for extra vanilla and cream in my iced coffee and It tastes like nothing was added at all but maybe a dash of cream, not even the normal amount of vanilla for a vanilla iced coffee also more than a couple of times. I’ve also gotten food that is hard and kind of burnt. I know, why keep going? it’s right by my house and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt.

It’s always something when we come here. If it’s not a completely raw chicken sandwich it’s a breakfast bagel DRENCHED in sauce. We can’t keep hoping for an edible meal, unfortunately we won’t be continuing to patronize this location. It’s super convenient because it’s right outside of the gate but it’s just not worth the money!!

No matter what you do, they will miss items. I have never gotten an order that actually has everything with it in the 3 years I’ve been going here. Hash browns, biscuits, straws, syrups, jams, salt n pepper, entire sandwiches, frys, silverware… I could go on and make this an essay of what they miss. At this point, you may be thinking ‘why not check the bag and go in and wait 2hrs for a single hash brown?’ to which I answer that IT’S NOT MY JOB TO QUALITY CONTROL and I’m at a McDonald’s to grab and go not sit there hoping my order gets corrected in 5min! All of the mistakes being made here are 100% poor management. This place needs a management revamp as it’s right outside the gate, skimping 100s of service members out of food daily.
