The visit was great all around !!
We drive I-49 often and this is one of our usual stops to take a break and stretch our legs.
The place is always clean, even the parking lot.
I do not like that self service stations they have – I have a heck of a time with them. I may or may not get my order right 😀 They DO have a cashier if you prefer – kudos for that ! Some places do not.
The food is always good and fresh. Wait time is not too long.
Some time ago I was saddened to order a Filet o Fish only to get what one might consider ‘kid size.’ They are half of what they used to be. Now they are served on a regular hamburger bun. Not the “filling” sandwich it used to be !

Approximately at 8:35pm on March 1st Drive thru order.. We received someone else’s food that was not ours. We only ordered a 10 piece nugget meal Large size Large Sprite with a Oreo McFlurry. I wanted a shamrock shake but ice cream machine was down so they say. Cool! Why we received lane number 4 order when the employed told us to pull up at lane 2!
We didn’t notice until we got to the room to decompress. Noe the employee gave us the Large sprite and the Oreo McFlurry before she told us to pull up to lane 2…
(Sighs) we were so tired when we got to the room we laughed so hard but was pissed!!! I wanted to call and let them know so bad that they messed up!! My husband don’t trust a soul. He don’t want nobody to get mad if they remake our order because they may tamper the food!! He can’t help it help it how the world is tidy we watch too many TikTok video. But we laughed so hard because whoever was in lane 4 had the most nastiest order we have ever gotten when it came to some messing up our order!
They ordered a fish fillet extra tart.. eeeeyuck! Small fy, large fry.. okay cool! The employee put a 4 piece nugget in a 6 piece nugget tray LOL oh honey mustard sauce 2 hot n spicy mix chickens with lettuce and Mac sauce! Eeeeeyuck! Oh the ticket said they should have gotten a medium Dr Pepper but we didn’t get it and I’m sure whoever got our order didn’t receive it either . LOL THIS MCDONALD IS DO UNPROFESSIONAL and ratchet. I don’t recommend at all. We stayed at the Laquinta across the way and could have easily sent it back but we ate the fries, my husband got his Large Sprite and my little cousin got her Oreo Mac flurry the rest of the order was trash!! Oh me and my cousin ate the little 4 piece nugget in the 6 piece nugget tray. And yeahhh that was about it. I’m not sure if the other party return their wrong order back but I hope they went back and received their correct order. It just wasn’t worth doing back. I didn’t even look to see if we were charged for all that food. But it’s cool we won’t be back to that although we are out of towners. We live in Florida and stay here at the Laquinta a lot we will avoid this McDonald’s I don’t care if it’s the only thing open and we are starving. I’ll do fine with drinking water.. Do better please. Hire employees that know how to properly talk on the intercom and work the drive through. Check the bags and the screen to see if everything is in the bag going to the right vehicle/ reserved lane that is numbered. .

Went through the drive thru and had to pull up to wait for food. I waited 15 minutes on 2 quarter pounder deluxes with fries only to find out that my food was probably given to someone else. Then I waited another 30 minutes to get my actual food after which I wanted a refund. The manager got an attitude with me after that like they weren’t in the wrong. I was just stopping on my way to Texas for some quick food but never again will I stop here.

If you are pressed for time or thinking you’ll be in and out, think again. I’ve stopped here two separate times driving out of state and both times I waited over 20 minutes. The first time I went through drive through and was parked. When my children food came out it was luke warm. I realized that they brought my order out with two other cars that was parked instead of bringing each order out as they come out. I was definitely expecting hot nuggets especially fries since my children and I were waiting so long….
Then this next time I went in during breakfast, but order through the mobile app and there wad one young lady trying to work drive thru, front counter, drop hashbrowns, fix coffee, etc. Shoutout to her. She was more concern with trying to serve everybody more than the manager who came straight from the back focusing on drive thru. The least she could have done was acknowledge the front counter customers and apologize for the wait. It seems to be no good time to stop there. YOU WILL WAIT! And even if they are short handed they could at least have decent communication and/or deliver your food satisfactory HOT if you have to wait.

Service was below average and I am sad because my wife and I go to McDonald’s at least 3-5 times a week. It was not even that busy. We were driving through headed from Florida back to Texas. Food was good but I requested no onions on my Big Mac and it was like opposite day. They loaded me up on A LOT of onions. Sweet older lady at the register did get me my 2 cups so we could get our drinks while we waited on our food. With a little management training on customer svc. things will get better.

This was absolutely the WORSE mcdonald’s I have EVER been to. I got there at 7 am and didn’t get my food until 7:35. All i ordered was hash browns, mcgriddle, coffee and frozen coke. The guy in front of us had to pay 3 times because they kept messing up his order. 3 people came in ordered and got their food before us. I finally get back in the car and get on the road because we were just passing through and the damn Mcgriddle is BURNT. I would turn back around but we already spent over 30 min there and everyone in the back was laughing and goofing around. Absolutely pissed

The restaurant stinks terribly. It’s hot (apparently they’re saving on the air conditioning). There’s dirt everywhere, sticky floors, piles of trash on the tables, seats and floor. An incredibly dirty place.

The steak and eggs were unexpectedly delicious, the only warning is the entrance to the place. There is a channel probably a flowing stream or something like that, where I almost fell driving in during dark hours. It was 6 am coming from I-49 north, exiting I made 2 lefts, and I didn’t see any line, any cat eye, no warning, no fence at all, nothing to protect or warn people about the danger. I’m surr many people experienced the same situation as me. McDonald’s should discuss with the city about this danger. I’m not from the area, this is a danger for any outsider
