Best ice cream chain EVER!
Friendly people. Delicious ice cream. Very reasonable price. They also have a small grocery store inside. I am just bummed they aren’t every where. We were on a road trip when we found them. We made sure to go again to the last one on our trip. Fabulous!!!

Id give one star if I didn’t want the sweet cashier to get recognition for her work. The manager, however, is a piece of work. I walked up to the counter and was speaking to the cashier-sweet short lady with a name that started with J, I can’t remember precisely what it was-and was trying to put my order in. We got towards the end of my order and I was asking about what sauces they offer for my fries, when the manager literally yelled at her across the restaurant to get back to work. She told him she was taking an order and he shouted back “Well are you working or talking?” And then *I* told him to lay off her and let her do her job. She did absolutely nothing wrong here, *I* raised my voice to the manager in her defense. The manager needs to get off his high horse and stop being so overbearing to his employees. He was rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason.

Our drive thru experience was amazing! The guy working the window had superb customer service. So kind. Smiling. Using manners and made us smile. Believe his name tag said “De” per our kiddo. I looked for his name on the receipt but it wasn’t there. Regardless, he was awesome and we will return to this location.

The most disgusting Braums I’ve ever been to. I don’t understand how an employee can serve nasty, old food to their customers. Management needs to step it up and get involved more. Start off by throwing away old ketchup that’s full of who knows what.

I’m honestly so sorry my request got you in trouble. No one deserves to be publically reprimanded for kindness. I hope your night improved and was wonderful!!
To the woman (pretty sure it was the manager) who stopped working window in the middle of a rush just to make a big deal about it, I’ve got two words for you……do better. The whole situation was SUPER unprofessional, your customers should not be witnessing you send someone to reprimand a coworker in the front of the whole store. No one deserves to be PUBLICALLY embarrassed or shamed for a mistake. I honestly, wish I could give you a one star review and the rest of the crew a five stars.

Order was totally wrong. Went through the drive through and had multiple issues with being charged for the wrong burgers and not giving the gravy or braums sauce. Then the actual burgers had the wrong toppings. I called and the manager Katrina was very very rude and dismissive. Saying I didn’t get charged for the gravy so that’s why the container wasn’t filled. But I would’ve paid for a full cup. I intended to pay for a side of gravy. Stay away from this braums and this manager needs to get a reality check

While we were ordering a high school girl forgot to give a cup to a customer and she also forgot our cups the manager yelled at the girl with the dining room full of customers. I don’t care if she forgot 5x in an hour, you don’t publicly humiliate an employee especially infront of customers.

Has a Sunday made with the yogurt twist and they was so nice and the Sunday was on point the young man that brought it to my car was super nice and he made sure that he made my Sunday with care had to explain how he made it he was so proud but it was delicious was setting in my car still and even though they was busy the manager came out to my car and made sure that I had got my order I told her yes and her associate was awesome and I was just enjoying my ice cream now thats caring about your customers great service I think I spent 4 or 5 dollars but it didnt matter

Every time I go here the staff are friendly! They work efficiently and smoothly as well. Sometimes I have to pull up to the corner because my food might take longer to cook but it’s worth the wait. Chicken dinner is delicious and also not thrown in the box. It was packed neatly like they cared. Love this braums location!
