Had to get a quick bite for the children and it was great. Fries were HOT and overflowing. The rest of the meals were fresh and they were gone in a few minutes. Service was excellent and the drive thru was quick. We ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal no pickles add mayo, a Big Mac meal no pickles, and a bacon burger meal no onion no tomato that I’m not familiar with. All meals were special orders and everything came out right. Very Satisfied

My husband and I went in at noon on Saturday and the place was packed! The young man who took our order was a bit frazzled but was very nice. He brought our lunch to the table pretty quickly and apologized for taking so long. Everyone at this McDonald’s is very nice and pleasant.

The mobile app was acting up and wouldn’t process the order. We placed a drive thru order, which was hot when I picked it up. While waiting in line, the app order emailed it was placed… When I notified the manager at the window about the online order, she had me pull up to wait. It took almost 10 months for the food to be brought out and it was cool to the touch. The drive thru experience overroad the mobile ordering experience on this one.

Food was good but the service is terrible, front desk worker is straight up rude and didn’t bring me my food like she did anyone else, and the food she did bring out they left out a lot of their things. They forgot some of my stuff, then got attitude when they had to go get it like I was gonna say don’t worry about it It’s now tense in here because the worker is mad and so are the customers. (We didn’t get tray so we gave up on asking for things here)

I pulled up to the inside drive through speaker to place my order. After 3 cars went through the outside lane I called the store to let them know that there was cars at the inside speaker. The person that answered apologized. Then 3 more cars placed orders at the outside speaker. I pushed my way in to the line and placed my order at the window and let the person at the window know there was cars at the other line as well. The manager on duty said the reason was they were in the middle of shift change is why they didn’t notice anyone at the other drive through.I find that hard to believe……. if that’s the case I highly suggest getting cameras at the drive though as a second indicator there is cars at the speakers to prevent this from happening. This is an example of poor management especially since I called the store while it was happening and nothing changed.

I came through the drive through to get a burger and fries, I understand things get busy, I work in food as well, but to sit in the drive through from 1:30 to 2:00 for two things, is beyond me. I was late for my job Will not be coming back for a quick meal again.

They have remodeled the inside and out. They have added two kiosks. Breakfast service has been streamlined; you can get your food faster. Looks nice on the inside. Food quality is typical McDonalds. It’s Ok for the money.

Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes. I watched 8 cars exit the drive through line without ordering or waiting for their food. Everyone inside was moving very slowly.

Sat in the drive through for 36 minutes and then they told me they swapped to lunch menu and couldn’t give me the food I had already paid for on the mobile app. I had placed the order at 10:14. They change menus at this location at 10:30. Now I have to wait for a refund that’ll be slow as all get out, but they sure we’re fast to take it out of my account.

I honestly wish there was an option for negative stars, because this place deserves that. My wife and I stopped in for a quick burger and fries on the way back to Bossier. Ordered a hamburger with no cheese, and a Double Quarter Pounder meal. My wife’s hamburger was delivered with cheese, and delivered with cheese again after asking them to correct it. While this was happening, I discovered a paper patty separator cooked into my hamburger(see photo). I understand that this is a McDonald’s and their service is NOT what they’re known for, but this is beyond pathetic. This is blatant disregard for any sort of standards. It’s clear that the employees here don’t care for their customer’s safety or well-being at all. I’ll be sharing the story and the photos with my coworkers at Barksdale as well, so everyone there knows to avoid this particular venue.
