Only did drive through but yhe cashier could have cared less and looked annoyed when I asked her about a coupon. When she gave us our order ther was zero personality or cordiality, no thank, no come again, nothing. Customer service is lacking these days.

I have been to this location once before, but it was years ago. It does not seem to be a busy location for the area that it is in. I downloaded the Dairy Queen app and placed a mobile order. I went to the drive-through, told the speaker I had a mobile order, pulled up to the window, and received my food. I ordered a 4-piece chicken strip basket, which comes with a sauce, Texas toast, and a side. I did not order the one with a drink. There was a $2 off a 4-piece chicken strip basket coupon in the app, so I used that. I got the housemade Hidden Valley ranch as my sauce and a large cheese curds as my side. The chicken strips were a slight disappointment because they were relatively small. They were about 3.5 inches from one end to the other. They tasted great, though! The Texas Toast was good, but it felt like filler because it was not very flavorful. The cheese curds were amazing and went well with the sauce. I got to share them with my sister who also enjoyed them. There was also a heart-shaped one in there which was cute! Overall, I really enjoyed this experience, and am glad that this Dairy Queen is still around!

I was charged $.89 to add lettuce to my burger & the below picture is what I got! Also, I only wanted mayo, lettuce & tomato. The burger was hot at least.
It had pickles, mustard and ketchup.
I was on my lunch break so I wasn’t able to go back to make the corrections and get the lettuce I paid for.
The fries & ice cream were good.

Well I ate there several times and it always hot and serves quick as they can be. Serves is great food is tasty ice cream worth it. I urge you to eat there especially the ice cream.

Had to revise this review from July 21st., 2025. At that time all categories were exemplary; food, service and atmosphere. But stopped in again on August 3rd, 2025 and it was disappointing. Our order came with a missing french fries, saw a woman worker just standing around while many tables needed cleaning and it just wasn’t the same like our July 21st visit. The food was pretty much the same, but different workers make a BIG difference. Sorry to say but those workers on August 3rd need to go ! Revising this review for the third time. There must have been a better crew installed today, August 26th, 2025. This time the food was great, the atmosphere was nice and the place was nice and clean. Whoever worked there today, thank you for a job well done !

I have NEVER had bad food from Dairy Queen UNTIL today! The cashier customer service was awful and rude. The hot dog was messy and old. The bread was hard as a rock and cold. NEVER eat here when the after school kids are working. Go later at night or lunch, because those kids DO NOT CARE HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS or how they fix your food!!!

Dairy Queen never disappoints!! The staff at the drive thru were so polite even though the line was so long today! I was so happy with my blizzard today especially since it was National Ice Cream Day! I recommend the raspberry fudge bliss blizzard if you go!
