Never EVER would I think I would give a McDonalds a 5 star but here I am. Listen, they are doing EVERYTHING right. I have watched two older ladies eat their sausage biscuits for about an hour. In that hour about 4 employees have come up to them and had genuine conversations. One even gave them a hug. When I first got here a 20ish grand-daughter was having breakfast with her grandfather. I swear a TEAR-Jerk commercial could have been shot here. I stayed until lunch started and I was waiting for the Chaos.. it never came but the customers kept coming. The following might sound like a paid testimonial but I assure you I’m still broke: I got here at 930 ish and waited inside until lunch. They checked in on me and I told them I was waiting for lunch. YALL- when 1030 came- they came and let me know! AND THEN- They came and checked on me outside as I went to take a call and brought my food to my table. One more amazing thing- remember those older ladies. I guess one of them dropped a crumb or something and an employee walked by went and got a napkin and then PICKED IT UP- WAIT it gets better as he was bending down another employee was coming with a broom to pick up the trash. WHO FIGHTS TO GET THE TRASH FIRST AT MCDONALDS??? I could say more but I think I’m going to go buy a lotto ticket or something. Because this is crazy. I might see a pig fly or something. #mcdonalds

The workers are cursing infront of everyone. They leave you standing at the counter for however long they want before they ask for your order or pickup. Very unprofessional place and also needs cleaned better.

The manager was wearing flip flops in the back of house, don’t have smoothies and didn’t notify until we had paid for it, made my caramel macchiato wrong ordered a large got a small and when i asked for it to be remade, they just poured the small into a large cup and replaced the remainder with creamer. It was disgusting. Staff/Manager was also talking bad about customers saying, “I can’t fix stupid” Other customers were more friendly than staff. I will never return to this location. If i could give -10 stars i would.

I’m new to this state, and this has been an awesome McDonald’s to find in my new little town.
Food is always delicious, and the workers always go out of their way to make sure I have a great meal! If something is out due to high demand, they improvise in such kind ways that show they care. Everyone is always very friendly here, too.

Food was fresh even 30 minutes to close. Very crispy fries and nuggets. The workers on duty were kind and got us through the line quickly. They deserve a raise. Good job Mackers.

My wife and I stop at McDonald’s every road we make (at least 2 stops a month)
This is the first McDonald’s that refused to take an order for cash at the register. This woman told us we would have to go to the drive-thru because only they could enter an order. We will of course never stop at this McDonald’s again. I was beyond shocked how poor even the simple training had reached. I wouldn’t trust them to bag an order, let alone think it would be safely prepared!
Response: Already contacted “McDonald’s” Corporation. Independently owned McDonald’s are only subject to Corporation violations. They are simply told to be more careful. There is zero obligation to be professional. If you can’t call the police, corporate will ignore the failure. Only lack of sales will force a correction! Jonesboro LA McDonald’s will change only after the public responds that they have had enough crap.

It wasn’t even busy and they completely forgot about our mobile order. When my husband finally went inside to check, two workers/managers were yelling at each other. One proceeded to storm out and drive off while the other just stared. They didn’t even get our order right. Absolutely terrible service and completely unprofessional behavior from the workers. If I could give negative stars, I would.
