This morning I pulled up into curb side number 4 placed my order online I ordered a big breakfast with pancakes and bacon and a caramel frappe my big breakfast was okay but my drink was watery as I proceeded to tell the lady that she had an attitude with me, I am a customer ma’am u should have asked me what can I do to make it right I work for McDonald’s at another location and this was not the proper protocol when we handle our customers we always want them to feel welcomed and anything wrong with any order we do our best to make it right… Shame on u lady that was not great customer service I won’t be coming back

The whole place dirty. Everybody has the attitude like they don’t want to be there. The drive thru rushes you to order only to get everything you ordered wrong. Their management and supervisors don’t care about quality or overall employee competency. They literally get everything wrong, instead of apologizing they blame the customer and when that same customer wants a refund he/she gets threatened with the police if they don’t “move the line along “

My wife brought me to this location a few weeks ago. She grew up in this town and her family members worked at this location when she was a child so lots of good memories here for her. A nice, simple tradition to continue with our daughter. Food was hot, service was great, drive thru was clean. Highly recommend.

This location almost always messes up something in my order. Also ordering & paying ahead through the app won’t make your visit any faster. I waited 20 minutes before I got my food with no other customers there so of course my food was cold. The last 2 mocha frappes i ordered went straight in the trash. Worst McDonald’s I have been to.

Bad experience. We went there and were ot over charged. The lady working the cash register was confused. We then talked to other lady and she “ made the meal free”. We then left and when one of us opened the drink because no straws were provided , there was a piece of hair on the cup where you are supposed to put your mouth. The experience was terrible. I don’t recommend going there for fast friendly edible food.

Rude staff, received the wrong order twice, and when it was right it looked tossed together and shaken up. Fries were undercooked, tough, and no salt. Soft drink fountain did not taste correct. The restuarant was clean as well as the bathrooms.

This McDonald’s actually gets your orders out pretty fast and the one time I did get the wrong items they fixed it FAST. Definitely one of the nicer ones, remodel looks great on the inside too.
