1 star is an overstatement. Lazy workers – one person cooking while rest sitting around doing absolutely nothing. Took 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and chicken wrap with maybe 2 other cars in drive through. Don’t waste your time or money – go to sonic

Ordered on the app. Was notified at the drive thru that there weren’t any soft drinks available. Waited in line for 15 minutes just for them to have me pull up and wait another 10 minutes. Food was cold and disgusting. Complete waste of time and money.

Go here pretty often staff is nice way better than other fast food place north of her. Service is pretty quick but if a worker seems sick you will be too lack of basic hygiene practices hand washing and cross contamination going on. I eat it!

I waited 20 minutes for my food the fries were cold and hard way to much salt had to throw then away the burgers were gross tha food was not fresh I don’t know why it took 20 minutes to give out old stake food. That’s the last 50 dollars they will ever see from me and I’m telling everyone I know not to give their money to this establishment.

It’s McDonald’s. Not a lot new going on here. This particular location has above average staff, but that also seems to be based off of the time you visit and who is on duty that day. You can easily tell when the staff is on point that day or not because either they will talk at you – as if they are doing you a favor when they hit big buttons on the screen, or, they will talk WITH you and at least pretend to be happy you decided to visit. When they are talking AT you is when you should stay away from the fish…

My wife brought me to this location a few weeks ago. She grew up in this town and her family members worked at this location when she was a child so lots of good memories here for her. A nice, simple tradition to continue with our daughter. Food was hot, service was great, drive thru was clean. Highly recommend.

This morning I pulled up into curb side number 4 placed my order online I ordered a big breakfast with pancakes and bacon and a caramel frappe my big breakfast was okay but my drink was watery as I proceeded to tell the lady that she had an attitude with me, I am a customer ma’am u should have asked me what can I do to make it right I work for McDonald’s at another location and this was not the proper protocol when we handle our customers we always want them to feel welcomed and anything wrong with any order we do our best to make it right… Shame on u lady that was not great customer service I won’t be coming back

The whole place dirty. Everybody has the attitude like they don’t want to be there. The drive thru rushes you to order only to get everything you ordered wrong. Their management and supervisors don’t care about quality or overall employee competency. They literally get everything wrong, instead of apologizing they blame the customer and when that same customer wants a refund he/she gets threatened with the police if they don’t “move the line along “
