Quite possibly the best food we’ve had from a McDonald’s! They were very busy, so everything came out hot and fresh. The worker from the first pull up window actually jumped out to come up to our car and make sure it was okay that we’d have to wait for a fresh crispy chicken. Much appreciated! Everything was made the way we selected it in the app (no pickles or ketchup) and the fries were super good. Great job to everyone during the fair!

Our family stopped passing through on a king road trip. McDonalds always offers enough variety to find a win for a variety of people. The 4 stars are in comparison with other McDonald’s we’ve visited. The ice cream was down at the time – but manager was proactive in finding a different solution. Nice touch

Very poor not even 1 star. Had wait in drive thur for 10 minutes. The other line had 4 cars go before they took my order. Then had to wait for at lease 20 minutes for my food. Then my fries are like rubber. And discussing.

Every time I eat here, I get salt galore on my food, and I end up throwing it away, I never knew that big Macs were also supposed to be so sloppy with gobs of big Mac sauce, falling out of the burger as you take a bite. (NEVER FAILS)I let’s not forget McDonald’s lettuce is not white. It’s supposed to be green, I try not to eat here every day as I am here from out of state for work staying in a hotel you don’t have very many options in food. I am also surprise on the amount of time that I have been ONLY customer there and they still screwed my order up, while I also wait 7 to 10 minutes for my order through the drive-through. WTH!!! Fries at this location are completely undercooked, ALL THE TIME!! And the salt is ridiculous!!

All I ordered was two Mc doubles and two McChicken’s took 16 minutes for me to get my order. Also, two orders that ordered after me got their food before me and dining room by far the worst service ever at McDonald’s seem to be normal as everyone’s order was taking long. I would hope there would be new management soon.

Hit-and-miss. I’ve been here and they’ve screwed it all up. And I’ve been here and they’ve done okay. They’ve never been exceptional. The inside is clean and the outside is clean enough. The “really smart” ones have a hard time getting in and out though. Maybe more signs?

If I could leave a zero I absolutely would. The treatment of a staff member by a manager that I witnessed today, was absolutely abhorrent. I should never walk into any business and hear a manager scream at and publicly humiliate an employee in any fashion, but unfortunately, that is exactly what happened. The manager’s name is Colleen, and she clearly has no respect for her staff or store whatsoever, and it honest to god shocks me that she even made it into management in the first place with that behavior. You won’t catch me at this location again, especially if that woman still has a job.
