This location is getting bad. Last 4 times my husband and I have gone here we’ve gotten ignored while they take other people’s orders in drive thru. Especially people who have gotten there after us. I also had made an order with my points and they said I was at the wrong location when it was clearly showing j st on my app. So my points got taken without any food. This location sucks. Employees should be held accountable and should have better training. If you don’t wanna do your job don’t work.

McDonald’s in a lovely place in Hastings. The bathroom facility was clean and acceptable. The parking lot is fairly okay it’s kind of a hassle. Other than that it’s just another McDonald’s and another town and another city.

This location needs a complete overhaul!! I placed and ordered on the app, sat in the drive thru for 25 mins before getting my food. Then told the frozen Coke had started to melt, but the machine was in defrost so they couldn’t replace it. The woman at the window was rude and told me she could give me a refund. I left without my drink 30mins AFTER I ordered on the app. I could have gone somewhere else and gotten better service!
