My 1st time here and Tyesha was a great waitress. 1st time trying Oysters in the shell, she recommended how to eat them. The seafood bag I ordered was on point, I hate they didn’t have any turkey sausage but we left out full and satisfied. The dining area was nice and clean.

We went midweek and ordered the Wednesday special boil, which had a snow crab cluster and a pound of shrimp. All the seafood boils come with potatoes and corn. I ordered the mild garlic butter which was very tasty. It was reasonably priced. I definitely would go back. It’s got a casual feel, they offer a full service bar. The decor is a little Disney feel with a shark, large wall length screen showing underwater scenes. If you are in the mood for a seafood boil, give it a try.

LUMBU MANAGEMENTS
Had a group of 19-20 people. My tab was as $500. 1. Soda was flat and told the waitress and she said there’s nothing she can do about that; so I had to advise her to just get different drink. She finally agreed
2. Make sure you get the clear cup; there was black chunk and gunk inside; again told waitress she got flustered.
3. Hair found on 2 plates; at this point I told the table to not call the waitress any longer.
4. My sister asked for hot water or a way to warm baby’s bottle; the waitress was getting it then manager stopped waitress.
5. Manager is very rude; she decided to add 18% gratuity automatically.. even though it wasn’t earned!! I asked her to remove it because we wanted to tip more in cash $$200. She said she can’t but we can add it to the tip. (I guess she wanted to control how much we give so she can get a cut. We signed the receipt and I had to find a way to give the waitress the tip as if it’s secretive!!!)

Overall the management staff if not customer focused and acts as if everyone is a suspect. She needs to loosen up, the wait staff needs more training on customer resolution; because you can clearly see she was not comfortable with customer resolution!!! I’m an investor on 18 business; if I was an owner here I would be worried; if it hasn’t already; pretty soon this business will go down!!! I give this place 24 months if these are not changed it will shut down!! Respectfully!!! FYI manager you can tell has good leadership qualities; but needs customer service added to her skills!!! Respectfully.

Sat my family (party of 7) in the very back of the restaurant with the whole lobby having only three tables with people, food order was wrong, left out a whole meal for my child, it all came out cold like they only poured the sauce over it to make it hot took it back to the kitchen came back out still not the right temperature for seafood! Only good thing I can say about this place was our waitress and her patience with this! NEVER AGAIN RED CRAB OF BURLINGTON.

The food was delicious however if our host was a bit more attentive to her guests we would have had an easier checkout. Despite the fact that she took a smoke break and came back confused and high we as a group enjoyed the meal. I will have to say that I will not be returning back to this Red Crab due to the check out service.

My husband and I went there to enjoy a well needed date night. We ordered two seafood boils. My husband added turkey sausage to his, they basically gave him cut up hotdogs. I explained to the waiter my husband was displeased with the manner of which the “sausage “ was served he basically said oh well. They were gross and uncooked. The waiter who claimed to be the manager refused to take it off the bill. Mind you my husband and I go there pretty often. We spent over 115$ and to be treated like that was a horrible experience and I will never go there again.

Bill with gradituity of 18% was 149.01. This place adds gradituity to every bill, so I am gonna assume that is why the service is so terrible, they know no matter how well they serve you they are making atleast at minimum 20 bucks per table. We had charges on our bill for extra sauce that she never brought after asking twice for it we said screw it because we are halfway through our meal at this damn point. Food comes out no plates no silverware, that took another 15 minutes to get. 2 adults in our group are waitresses and know exactly how to serve a table. You prep your table with necessities before you bring the food out. People do not want to eat there 50 dollar meal cold or off a napkin while they wait for plates and silverware or any extras they requested to come with the meal. Will never spend my hard earned money here again.
