I was riding my bike when I had a flat tire. I walked a mile to the nearest McDonald’s, where I was greeted with friendly employees that made me feel at home. They got my delicious, warm, & filling breakfast without a wait, and with a constant smile. I would definitely recommend this place for an amazing breakfast.

Each time it gets worse! Today was horrible the food was cold we had to go back to get part of our food and my boyfriend had to stand there for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. The mcdouble I received looked like someone dropped on the ground and it tasted like it. They were unapologetic and they acted like it was our fault they didn’t give us our food and gave us dirty cold garbage to eat.

I have only done carry out at this location as a lot of people are doing these days. I have dealt with a few different people and I can say that even though I don’t know their names they have all been wonderful with customer service. They greeted me with a smile and got my food to me quickly. I’ve ordered a few different things and the food has always been hot and delicious. And the fries must be hot or they’re no good. I have gone at a variety of different hours even as late as 8 PM and I’ve always had a wonderful meal with perfect service.❤

Consistently forgets items – no attention to detail. Gives out wrong orders to fries not being fully cooked. When asking for replacements and going out of your way to go back to fix the issue management is rude and acts as if they didn’t just speak to you just before, poor communication.

Everytime I come here I wait 45 minutes in the drive thru. I thought it was because it was usually on weekends so I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but last night was absolutely ridiculous. Cold fries. Flat drink. Items shoved in my face without any words spoken. Whoever the worker with the man bun is needs food and safety work as well. Watched them clean a pitcher next to my shake, lose control of the pitcher and spray that nasty water everywhere including my drink. The window was open and I watched him put whipped cream and handed my shake with the nasty dishwater dripping still off the outside of the shake. When I asked for seeet and sour (they had forgotten it) the employee rolled their eyes and went and tossed the sauce back to me. Unprofessional. Will definitely drive to the 27th and K McDonald’s for better service and I recommend everyone else does as well!

Waited at the speaker for 5 mins. then pulled up to the second window, seeing both employees with their headsets on. They both laughed and pointed at me, then turned their backs and continued talking to one another. I knocked on the window at 10:59 a minute before they were supposed to be officially closed. 15 minutes after being ignored. the lady that seemed to be in charge answered the window and said what do you want with a tone. All I wanted was a water and then she said, oh okay gave me the water while chuckling and closed the window. Will never be going back to this McDonald’s it has always had the worst customer service and food. 7/20/23

3:38 pm and cars were lined up. Had to wait on fries, no salt, poor manager brought them to me, and I am like, I need my 2 cheeseburgers. He goes, she didn’t give them to you, nope she didn’t. So he comes back out with the 2 cheeseburgers and he apologized over and over. I said I appreciate him doing the job he is. He says, “this is the poo I put up with everyday”. People just don’t want to work and don’t have customer service in mind or care at all.

Gave me 3 nuggets when i got a 4 piece, their ice cream machine was “down” yet i saw it on, i got a happy meal and was excited for the toy bc i love the marvels and they gave me a black wakanda toy (i have nothing wrong with the movie or anything i was just excited to get the toy i wanted.)
