I had made a delivery order around 215pm the tracker said my driver left the store and was 6min away, I was at my friend’s so there around the corner from this location. After 15min and no delivery I called the store and found out my order wasn’t ready and it would be 25 minutes more so I asked them to cancel the order but instead the ignored my request and after arriving at work they delivered my pizza to someone eles since I had already left for work… NO ONE SHOULD ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AND IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Placed an order today and my driver who name is Travis is very rude and made me extremely uncomfortable when handing off my order. My total was $29 and I handed him $30 that’s all the cash I had on hand for my food. The first thing he says is “you’re not gonna tip me, I brought your food fast” and then proceeded to ask me why I’m not tipping once more. I felt so uncomfortable during that moment all I wanted my was food. I paid what was owed and that’s not good enough. I will NEVER order from this establishment ever again. Horrible customer service!

The food prices have risen, yet the attention to detail in online orders has diminished. I ordered two pizzas with extra pepperoni and sauce, but they didn’t meet my expectations. I’d rather not waste my money when I can easily make my own pizzas at home for less and without the hassle.

Normally, when I come here, the service is really well. I typically have a young black lady but tonight I had a young gentleman with locks That wore glasses and he was the absolute worst to deal with. There was also a white guy and he was of no help. We order extra toppings on our pizza cause we’re vegetarian , but most of the pizza just came with the tomato we had to ask for extra toppings just to get it to look like this. Why do we have to ask what we payed for? I won’t be back anytime soon.

Ordered online delivery. Manager called and said delivery was 2hrs behind and i could do carry out. I would receive a free item. I agree. I arrive to the store and its a Bunch of kids working here. Manager included. No structure. Not one employee had masks or gloves while handling food or money. And cashier kept walking away from register. One of the cooks hand to hand me my food cause she wasn’t to be found. And top it off they still messed up my order. They should just close this down. Waste of my time and money.

Clifford had a tip in cash, if he would’ve brought the pizza to the door he would’ve knew that. Tom the manager rude seems to be bothered cause you want to address your concerns.
