Order accuracy is extremely poor at this Wendy’s. Coke Zero Cherry, chicken sandwich, and chili order, items received Cherry Coke, Double Cheese Burger, and a chili with a pack of crackers inside. Really guys a wrapped cracker inside? OK that’s a short cut I have never seen.

This Wendy’s needs new management. I ordered my food and I used a card to pay. I was told 3 times by the kid at the window the card was declined. They never even ran the card and 2 manager’s came over to try to see what the problem was and I was told the same the card was declined. The card was never even ran because I get notifications. I was on lunch and now I didn’t get to eat at all. The manager’s we’re not olny rude but they need training on how to run a card and I will not return back to this location ever again

Young lady with nose ring very pretty but bad customer service…not very personable no greeting at the drive thru box. She did not smile, she did not count my change back to me and did not say thank you after handing me my food. Sadly to say this Wendys already had only a 3 star rating….I see why. Surprisingly comfortable Wendy’s location, newer fixtures and tv showing Sports center. Very friendly counter start and the Wendy’s fast food. Nice they have both salads and baked potato options as well as these new and amazing Garlic Fries. All around nice fast food experience.

Worst chicken sandwich I got at a Wendy’s. Definitely old and dried out with a burnt bun. Probably under the heat lamp too long. Have had plenty other chicken sandwichs from other Wendy’s that were excellent. Went to this Wendy’s location for the first time a week ago. No indoor dining so went through the drive thru. You can pick up online orders inside. Service was quick and professional. Order was correct. Also ordered a large chili and small frosty. Frosty was good but chili was only 70% filled up. Felt jipped. Plenty of crackers though. No receipt was given. There was handicap ♿️ parking. Difficult to make left turn out of restaurant onto Chamblee Tucker.

I just left and the attitude of the older woman at the window is horrible….!!! Food thrown in the bag and no jelly after asking three times at the window.. I know people have certain jobs they don’t want or they dont care to be at because of personal issues but that literally has nothing to do with the customers. I expect the attitude from a teenager but from someone old enough to be a grandma?
