Well my 1st and last time ever going here. The food was all types of wrong. Love it when you order a 10 Chicken nuggets and you only get 8. The fries are so undercooked we can’t even eat them they taste so bad. The sweet n sour tasted expired! Ugh all I wanted my fries anyways and I didn’t even get to eat them they are in the trash. I will never ever come here again. We waited so long for our order to be taken in the drive through only to be greeted with “McDonalds, what can I get for you?” What happen to Hi welcome to McDonald’s, what can I get for you today?” It honestly not at all a hard job I worked at McDonald’s for 2 1/2 years and never once was it this bad. The lady at the 1st window was polite. The gentleman at the second window didn’t even speak to us until he handed us our bag and just said “ have a good day”.

Went through drive thru and ordered sausage with cheese and pancakes. Came home which is in another town and they didn’t put cheese on the sausage and didn’t include syrup with the pancakes. I understand if some don’t think it’s a big deal, but I don’t like paying for things that I don’t receive and I’m not going to eat just plain pancakes. I called and they told me to come get syrup, but I told them I wasn’t going to get back out which I shouldn’t even have to in the first place. They told me they would put me down for syrup next time. I asked for it to be replaced because it’s now just going to waste. The manager seemed annoyed but said okay. Next time just remember the common sense things and you won’t have to worry about replacing things that were received.

I usually use the curbside pickup, but the past two times that I have used curbside pickup and ordered a drink with my food, they have forgotten to bring me my drink and so I had to wait longer. Also I always order no pickles or ketchup on my cheesburger and they always put them on there even though the grill slip says no pickles or ketchup so I don’t know if the cooks just can’t read or what.

Unfortunately they were understaffed. I waited 25 minutes inside restaurant for my order. It seems drive- up window ( the lazy people who don’t get out of their cars) get served before the customers who park and come in. Take some lessons from Culver’s – they manage it all much better!!

3 times in a row the drive thru line wasn’t very long but still spent almost 30 min. in the line. Two people in front of me before the speaker to order and that took almost 15 min. to reach. The speed of service here is dreadful.

Food was okay. They give you a number on your receipt for your order and a table number as well, yet, the person who brought out our order just called out what we ordered. Didn’t make much sense.
