Extremely rude, handed me half a shake, then pulled me to the 2nd window for a water. Lady at the 2nd window was extremely rude and impatient over a water, there was only 4 people in line other than me.

09:58 Saturday July 15 2023. Placed order for curbside, spot 4. Ordered 2 french vanilla lattes. Drive thru was packed. Lobby was packed. Order went through on app at 10:00. Sat and waited and waited. Finally walked inside at 10:35, and waited some more. Finally got to register and told cashier, as I showed her my McDonald’s email confirming my order, that I never received it. They check their “screen” and it shows it was delivered to spot 4, like 30 minutes earlier. So then they ask me, what I ordered. Once again, I show my email confirming order. So they go find the kid who is delivering curbside. And he says he delivered that to customer a long time ago. So they ask him, spot 4? He says, no, he had spot 1 and spot 4 orders and went out to spot 1 first and gave them their order. BUT spot 1 said the remaining cups he was holding ( spot 4 order ) was theirs as well, so he just gave them to them. REALLY? Well, this caused my order to show completed, as the dishonest people in spot 1 stole my order, and I sat for almost a half hour before walking in. Why didn’t curbside delivery guy ask to see verification on what the people in spot 1 claim was theirs as well? I’m no technological wizard, but using the app as I did, you always get a confirmation email containing info on your entire order…what you order, time, order number, price, payment details. Several months ago, when doing curbside at this location, I was asked to show my confirmation email, which I was happy to do. Perhaps they should go back to doing that. Well, they made me 2 lattes after all that. 45 minutes total to get my order, and I ended up not being where I needed to be by 10:30.

The good thing about McDonald’s is most of their locations are consistent. I like to stop in and pick up a diet Coke as the carbonation is different at McDonald’s than other fast food restaurants. You can YouTube a video about the partnership McDonald’s has with Coca-Cola and the requirements each restaurant has on refrigerating there syrup and carbonation. I’m sad to see that the price of their drinks went up as they used to be $1 dollar for any size. I understand that every restaurant is using inflation as justification for raising there prices but we all know that there is a huge markup on fountain drinks and there’s no reason why the drinks should have gone up from $1.

Stopped in today to get an unsweet tea with lemon. Did not expect to have a mouth full of rotten fruit taste when I took the first drink my tea. Upon inspection two of the three lemon wedges were rotten. Called the store to let them know what had happened. The lady who answered the phone said she would make sure they check all the lemons. Did not offer a replacement drink which I really was not expecting but it would’ve been nice to at least get the offer. I probably would not have taken a replacement drink because I was worried about rotten fruit. Customer service was not great.

Absolutely love the morning staff, especially James! He’s extremely kind and friendly. Evening staff is great as well, however there’s a young man who had made me super uncomfortable by flirting me anytime he is there even though I’ve came through with my boyfriend, he asked me where he was which was inappropriate. I don’t blame this store though for an individual’s behavior, I really like the staff because they actually conversate and ask how you’re doing and tell you to have a great day.

Not the best McDonald’s in the area. Customer service is always bad; from waiting for someone to take my order to the cold fries and hard buns. Also theirs a lot of yelling going on in the back, a lot of it to me sounds like useless chatter. Very noisy environment. Not very professional in my opinion. Bottom line, food is hit or miss and customer service complete miss.

Took 5 times to get our food right and it still wasn’t right but we gave up after that…. There were water spills everywhere and they weren’t friendly at all it was all older ladies that were so rude… won’t be going back.
