Went thru the drive thru. They handed the food to me then I looked. Bag had no fries. I told them and showed them and they asked what sizes. I said 2 medium and 2 large. They then handed another bag with 2 medium and a large. And another bag that had a medium and a McDouble. I didn’t order a McDouble and wasn’t about to get them to fix it a third time and just lefr. Asked for extra hot honey sauce on the snack wrap meal. Paid 1.18 for extra which it didn’t have on it. Missing sauces all together. But to whoever was behind me in the drive thru they gave me ur order so I apologize they probably had to remake it. But still didn’t get my order right.

Go literally anywhere but this location. The wait is always 2x as long as any other drive through in Ozark regardless of the line. Service is always poor, everyone there mumble talks and acts like they’d rather be anywhere else. I get home today after a 15 minute wait for my food and one of my our burgers had onions when it wasn’t supposed to. My other son’s happy meal is completely missing burger patty. Only cheese. This place has been like this since it opened and never improved. Called the location when I got home. No sorry, no help, just told that maybe I could get a refund online but they weren’t sure.

They weren’t busy but I appreciated the gentleman that saw me when I came, he anticipated my online order and once I placed it, he got it ready promptly and handed it to me. Awesome service with politeness, a smile and the quickness was appreciated.

Awful the manger left us sitting for 30 minutes waiting on food after everyone was getting there’s! Then wouldn’t not let my son have a half lemonade, half iced tea and make me pay for it as well!
