Didn’t make order correctly. Waited 25 min for food. It was sitting on the counter instead of them bringing to my table as was selected and my receipt showed as well. Took 10min+ to remake as I didn’t want the cold food. Also had to wipe my own table down after going to restroom to find paper towels as all napkin holders in lobby were empty

I waited over 15 minutes in line, got to the screen at 10:29 and placed my breakfast order (still had breakfast items up on the screen) and the lady said they no longer were serving breakfast THEN changed the sign to the lunch menu. You’ve got to have some solution for people that got there on time but YOU failed to serve in a timely manner. You can’t just say we can’t do that after you make customers wait 15-20 minutes just to place an order.

We asked for extra sauce for the nuggets and the cashier said her manager said they need to charge for the extra sauce, I said that is fine. She couldn’t figure out how to charge for it. Also, I asked for my drink and fries to be medium sized and she charged me for 2 orders of medium fries. I didn’t even want to waste the time of having her correct my order. The staff is rude and the cashier should not be cashiering. I won’t be visiting this one again and you shouldn’t either. Also, I noticed after purchasing the food that they don’t wear gloves when handling the food.

Fries dumped, no napkins, drink flat, Big Mac was old. Burger was crunchy. Customer service rude. Fries are old and hard, overly salted. I’m a mystery shop in the state of Texas. This would not be acceptable in any way. No name tag was worn, no names stated after asked, lot was dirty, asked for condiments never received either.

If I could give a negative rating I would. They are a joke. We went through the drive thru and they made us wait for 15-20 min for our food and got it wrong anyway. They were rude. My husband went in to see why it’s taking so long and they all completely avoided him.

Pretty horrible, ordered some food got there 2 minutes late and was told I wouldn’t get my food. Asked for a refund or if they could just go ahead and make my food, the person on the speaker got rude so I went inside to show that the app says they have to refund me. The two people behind antagonized me and tried getting me to fight them and called the cops. I never got violent and I stayed my distance just wanted my food or at least my money back, hopefully a manager or district manager could be of better service. All around don’t go here unless you want your order messed up or bad food/very miserable workers who will take it out on you. I was obviously visibly and verbally upset after being told I wasn’t getting my food or money back, I’ll update after today and see what happens. Worst comes to worst I can just get my attorney. If you go here at least go during lunch hours that’s when the good workers are there usually. Overnight people are horrible.

There soo slow .and the lines are ridiculous. they need more people. As I type this .they have a lady on break setting outside smoking and eating in her car.and the line is ridiculous at least 15 and I been in line 10 Minutes. Every time I try to use my mobile app they tell me it’s not working for them..It works every were else. I only go here 1day a week to get breakfast on Sunday before church. 17 mins in line for a Dr pepper no ice and mcgriddle guesswhat? Ice in drink and food not done said had t wait a few mins.. this is crazy.
