I ordered a Large Caramel Frappe on the app. Firstly they took a very long time to get through a few orders making me wait in line for 30 mins (there was only 3 other vehicles there) second, when I was handed my order the server didn’t even look at me just said my order stuck his arm out the window and as soon as I had it in hand shut the window before I could say anything it seemed like he was more interested in talking to other employees. Third, my Frappe was NOT a Large, more like a medium in a large cup! Every other McDonald’s I’ve gotten them from they are filled to the top then have the whipped cream put on top. If I hadn’t been in a hurry to get to a class I would have complained right then and there but I instead took a picture before ever having a drink. And lastly, I’ve been drinking a lot of caramel frappe’s lately, enough to tell that it wasn’t a caramel frappe, it tasted like mocha but had caramel drizzled on top of the whipped cream and that’s it. I was very disappointed by this experience and if I could give a zero star rating I would!

I waited 20 minutes for a mcflurry that I had ordered. I kept asking why so long. And the answer was let me check. I talked to the manager and he didn’t seem to care. The person at the front counter was very very rude and disrespectful. It wasn’t that busy at 3 pm. People that came in after me got there specialty drinks before me. I finally just asked for my money back. I tried to call customer service but they wanted to know to much personal information. This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. If I could give negative stars I would. I went on the feedback webb page. Wanted just a little bit to much information.

The young man that brought our food was amazing and let us know that the play place closed at 9 soon after I set my toddlers food out a woman came storming in and in a very rude tone told us the play place was closing for cleaning when another family told her we where told by a young man that it closed at 9 she rudely said well I’m the manager and I said it’s closed for cleaning so we packed up and moved it’s very irritating when you finish eating 30 minutes later and no one has been in the play place to clean or even came back to check on it I had no problem with the food or the table we located to but I did have a problem with the way she spoke to us and everyone else in the play place she should learn some manners if you come in the evening and have small children I wouldn’t even bother with the play place

Seems everytime I go through their drive thru they have me pull forward to a parking spot, I then wait another 10 minutes just to get my food. I believe they are focused on their drive times instead of just getting people their food

Ordered thru drive through 1 Big Mac meal with large coke, large fries and 1 extra BM. Not only was the fries tasted like they had been setting for 30 minutes and the 2 ABM TASTED like they were at room temperature. On top of that I still had to wait 15-20 minutes. What happened to fast food. First and last time I’m going there. Go somewhere where you know the food is hot!!! I do not recommend this McD’s. Still cost $18 and could only eat half, couldn’t eat any more. Shame to waste food, but it’s only good for hog feed.

I understand that they get busy but no one should have to wait an hour for food while other people behind you got their food within minutes of ordering. They also said they lost our order.

We are local and everyone goes to McDonald’s, but every time we get to that second window, those two girls always have such a sour attitude. They won’t talk to you and they basically throw your food at you. Their hair is greasy and always in their face, and it ruins our experience. Sunday 10/26 at 7:30pm. The first window is lady is exceptional. The second one needs a new job out of the customer service industry.

Literally the WORST McDonald’s restaurant that I’ve been to. That’s saying a lot, considering I am an over-the-road truck driver. I have been to this McDonald’s multiple times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have had an issue. They forget to put something you ordered in the bag, pull you forward and make you wait forever for a simple order, and all around just don’t give good customer service. This store and its managers REALLY need to get it together. It’s not a McDonald’s thing, it’s a Neosho Blvd thing.

My kids like eating McDonald’s so I can’t say that we won’t be back. But it is ridiculous that every other time we go there they get the order wrong. I have resorted to putting my order in on the app to make sure that all modifications are put in correctly and they still won’t modify correctly! How hard is it to not put mayo on the daily double?!
